they have K31 THE on that list, i wonder if its going alphabetical, can barely read the reserve price but it looks to be

I think the current format runs for 50 years until 2050. See "Age Identifiers" at the bottom of this document.

Then they may reverse it for the next 50 years. (See question "Why have you started the numbers from 51" here)

I know of at least 8 vrs plates, all bought relatively cheaply.

I'm not a big fan of vanity plates perse ( although I have probably the bestist ) but they add a bit of individuality to your car, and can be sold on quite easily.
