Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I'm considering changing the visible pipework in the engine bay for "aesthetics". Anyone done this before who could point me in the right direction?

All the best

Gethyn

Intercooler pipework or coolant hoses? or both? :D

oh and gez, when you get your polo skirts take loads of pics, want to know how the fit is and things

good to speak to you yesterday

Scott

I'd like to know if they're a straight fit as well. :D

Not really sure tbh with the pipework - am looking to replace anything that is visible with the engine cover on!

I've dropped the skirts down at my local spray place and they have had a quick look at them and they agree that they will go on but a lot of sealant is required! They've done a colour match and I'll drop my car in Friday morning to have them fitted then pick the car back up on Saturday. I'll definitely get some pics done but will probably have to wait until Sunday so that they are properly dried before I take it somewhere nice to do photogrpahs!

That means the milotec fins are off - PM me if interested!

Right, then skirts are finally on and I have to say, it is a big job! As they are not really meant for the Fabia, the guy at the bodyshop really struggled to get these to fit and themountings supplied are not great. If they don't hold out too well, I've been told they'd do me some custom aluminium ones to sterngthen them up a bit but we'll see how it goes for now.

As for looks, it's right up my street and finishes off the low, squat look I was after. I'll get some more pics up in a couple of days.

All the best

Hi there if you want to change your hoses then - Roose Motorsport

My mate chris astley at Chris Astley Motorsport is a dealer for them. If they do not have a set then they usually will copy them at a discounted price

Right, as requested, did a few more pics today...........

Looking good Gez, yours was the best lookin Fabia at TRAX but please dont stick any more VRS badges on it LOL ..... Less is more

They may have taken a bit of work to fit but they look like a factory fit part....which is nice..

Regarding the pipework Gareth at WCC should be able to sort you out, alternatively and a bit more expensively give Charlie at Prospeed a call.

you have a pm mate.
