Mobile Phone Holders....

Featured Replies

Having stored by mobile phone in the "space" under the stereo, I've decided I need a proper holder.

I don't need any hands free kit or fancy stuff, just a holder that won't look too out of place and fits in with the rest of the interior.

Any ideas and how would I attach it?

have a look at the krusell range at www.mobilefun.co.uk you have a swival kit on your belt and a car clip in the car. its a very simple system that works a treat

Some time ago I bought a magnet which sticks to the dash. It looks fine in some cars but is a non-starter in my Octavia because there is nowhere flat enough on the dash to stick it and be able to see the phone. My latest purchase is a Nokia universal phone holder at

Have tried the magnet system too - looks good while it lasts! As Denis said, no smooth flat surfaces I could find to mount it :D so it ended up falling off after a while - and that was glued on with araldite!

My Nokia 6600 is a perfect fit in the Fabia ashtray - just the right fit so it doesnt move

:D

Thanks for the replies.

I've had a look at the Krusell range Andy, thanks for that, its worth considering but since I don't keep my phone in a case its not really going to work.

Anyone know where those magnets come from? Halfords?

Cheers!

How about a proper mounting bracket from here .....http://www.dashmount.co.uk/

then just get an after market phone holder and fix to the bracket....probably your best option.

My magnet came from the local car parts shop.
