Blimey, I ordered a couple of bits from the States on Saturday, the day after I ordered my clutch from Awesome, they arrived to-day, Thursday!!!!!

Now if they despatched on Monday from USA, shipped out via Mexico and arrive 3 days later, what's going on in Manchester?

The parts guy has had an issue that some of the bolts was on back order with the dealer

But a kind word with our dealer , they managed to trace some of the bolts that was needed at another dealership

It is all in stock now and be shipped today

I'm going to Big Boys Toys at Thurrock, their charging £350 for a days work (£280 Nationwide AutoCentres).

This to me sounds fair, the're VAG rally peeps and have all the right equipment for the job (like the frame that supports the engine when the lower subframe is removed etc) plus the know-how.

How does "ones local Clutch Clinic" & Nationwide AC do the job. :confused:
