Give Parrot Technican a shout, I found them very good. Parrot UK. Parrot.com : Move Wireless. News Bluetooth hands-free car kits and Wireless products Parrot.

I've had this happen to me too with my CK3000. Wasn't terminal though.

I removed the bluetooth pairing and switched my phone off, and switched off the ignition to lose power to the parrot. I then switched everything back on and re-paired my phone.

It has only happened to me once and it's been fine since.

Also maybe worth disconnecting the permanent Live so it will reset it.

any way this Parrot is not dead any more, if fact it has shuffled back on its moral coil.

Found out how to do a reset on the Parrot website (hold green & red buttons down together). After a reset I re-paired and re-recorded my voice tags and all is now well.
