I had the same problem with my radio on the SE after I had a hands free kit fitted. A quick call to the dealer and they gave me the code over the phone - why its not included in the documentation who knows!

The Fabia fuel system is lowish pressure as it only really pressurises at the injector, it's not running at 1000+bar like common rail on the pipes you can see so you are a bit safer if you are messing with fuel pipes.
