Hi,

Bought my new vRS 2 weeks ago, noticed i get a tapping noise from behind the dash when the climate control is changing temp, noise last for about 10 secs is this normal?

Also every now and then when i remove the ignition key the tapping noise start agin for about 10 secs.

Is it something to do with management system changing settings.....

Sound a bit like a relay clicking.

Welcome. The fabia VRS is well known for its odd noises im affraid, although the way you discribe it does sound abit odd to me. Is it under warrenty? If so maybe get the dealer to have a goose at it.
