Induction kit for 1.4 octavia

Featured Replies

Could anyone help me out on this as regards best kit to buy for it, as im gettin new octavia in a few weeks and want to get a nice sound out of it and make it look the business with the mettalic black,17" alloys and 5ft cb aerial on the roof.

LOL is the Taxi look back in this year? :D

Personally wouldn't bother with an induction kit on a 1.4 power gains will be unnoticeable just get an after market panel filter to go into the standard air filter housing and drill some holes in the standard airbox if you want some noise (just remember to do the right side)

No its just I have the cb in the current car and gonna put it in the octavia when i get it. I did have a induction kit on my first car the felicia and it didn add anything but made it have a sweet noise, so that's why.

i found i lost power with an open cone on my focus, sounded nice and responded better at low speeds but anything over 60mph and it was slower and struggled slightly.
