so come on people don't be shy whats the generl opinion?

Some nice work there mate but id leave the bump strips imo

Looking good, but why not spray the grille surround too?

the milotec item didn't come till yesterday so he's painting that this week:thumbup:

anyone seen my first proper chop job in the photo section,i'm well proud of it and no one has looked at it:O

personnaly not a fan of the colour coded number plate surround

That looks good, I'd personally lose the bumpstrips though.

Is there a recess where the rear skoda badge comes off?

loving the colour coded number plate bit - i wouldn't colour code the grill. The black is a nice aggressive feature at the front IMO. Which Milotec bits have you bought - I saw some of their stuff on the website but wasnt sure of the quality/look and feel of it so would welcome your comments on what you have. I think you should remove the bumper strips. if you are going for a smooth look with no badges i think they disrupt the overall lines of the car. How much did your colour coding cost you out of interest.

Tidy work

Personally I'm not a fan of the fog light or number plate surrounds. Lose the side strips for an overall cleaner look and I'm undecided on the smooth rear.

That said the workmanship look top!

thanks for the comments, the side bump stips are going, final answer i hate them, the milotec grill/surround is the only item i have of theres,or anyone elses and quality seems ok,quite a lot have them fitted, these will be my only style mods cos i prefere go to show:thumbup:

Bump strips off, and I would have left the fogs and number plate surround black plastic... sorry, looked better!

Put the money towards some wheels and coilovers :D

wheels are staying, coilovers will be on by new year, spec stage 3+clutch and quaife lsd will be on in jan(i hope if the clutch gets here)then we will start the engine work:thumbup:

Sleeper look eh?! :)

Mine's a bit more in your face :D

i think as standard the ibiza is a bit in your face, where as the fabia is more conservative,so i intend to keep it a bit understated:thumbup:

Looks ace, loose the side strips and paint the grill. Dare I mention the doorhandles... loose them too, that'd be the icing on the cake.

no problem i've just lost them;)

how easy was that, didn't cost owt either:rofl:

That looks good, I'd personally lose the bumpstrips though.

Is there a recess where the rear skoda badge comes off?

???

  • Author

sorry yes ever so slightly

Cheers, did you get your fillered then?

Or you just left it, cant see any in the photo.

yep just a skim on it,its also pinned so a small plate was welded in on the inside:thumbup:

I like the colour coded number plate mount and the foglight surrounds. The bumper strips I don't know. I left mine alone but I would either go colour coded or removed altogether.

And thats a Swift parked in front of it yes? :)

  • Author

yes it is:thumbup:

Cool, that ties in with a thread on Swiftowners then :D Glad to see the truck didn't do too much damage :)

  • Author

yes it does:thumbup:
