32 cars potentially:eek: going for a record eh?

Good job the pub has a huge car park!

It's looking as if it will be an epic meet. Let's just hope the weather's alrite.

sorry chaps, with regards to posponing my remap i cant as the 26th was the last saturday in jan and if i go after i wont get the 30% discount off the remap, also im working till 12.30pm and im going to jbs at 2.30pm for the remap.

i WILL be coming to the next one

Not seen them elsewhere in the thread, and I've just been sorting out routes in the Southern Convoy thread, so thought they'd be useful here too!

For anyone relying on satnav to get to the pub, please don't use the postcode listed, it's fairly inaccurate. But most satnavs should be able to work with coordinate input. For the C&F pub, you need 53.243798, -1.999582 in decimal. Check your route and device well in advance to see that it works. If you need coordinates in Degrees, Minutes & Seconds it's Lat: 53° 14' 37.6722" Long: -1° 59' 58.4946"

And all those lovely numbers translates to this on Google Maps :)

HTH,

Steve

Further to what Steve said, another way to do it is to head for either the A54/A523 junction near Bosley and follow the A54 signed to Buxton, then left when you reach the A537 on the top of the moors. Alternatively pick up the A537 (signed A54 initially in Buxton) from either Buxton or Macclesfield and head for the opposite as the two towns are linked by the road, the Cat & Fiddle is between the two (e.g, from Macclesfield follow the signs for the A537 to Buxton). :) Can't miss it really, it's the highest point and is very prominent. It has a radio mast next to it too.:)

simplist way is type Buxton into the satnav, then go on the A537!

anyone know the M6 juction number for Mac?

18 IIRC (I could be completely wrong tho )

You could use 18 or 19 really, coming from the North.

Steve

Steve

What about the South, 15 looks the best option to me?
