ffelan is redbaron, and the car in the advert was his. there's a video around here somewhere from a handling day(?), but i'm not really sure why there's all the general hoo-haa about the car either

Pauls car is famous on the forum, it was the first highly tuned octavia on the site. Before the car was even 6 months old, the whole interior was ripped out including the carpet, glovebox, rear seats, centre console etc. Nothing was left inside except the dashboard, and the recaro bucket seats with proper harnesses. The car really flew, and when it was at the nurburgring attracted a lot interested people.

This is what the car looked like at the start of 2004.
