That entirley depends on your driving at the time, at "General" (which is a very broad range) driving 3500 is usually normal, a little harder and youll see borderline 4, but it's a standard speed in all gears, U descide what speed it changes down at, though there are Stepped settings which it chooses by your style of driving, In simple terms it has programmed Change downs, but what one it selects depends on your throttle position.

Sounds like one for KLB. The only person I know with a 1.8T auto.

Er, I don't know for certain; I've never actually measured it. From memory (and a bit of guesswork):-

first -> second: no idea.

second -> third: more than 50MPH and less that 80 - I'd guess at around 70MPH

third -> top: around 100MPH, maybe. Not that I drive that fast, of course. ;)

Hmm... time to get out the stopwatch and find a private road :)

(EDIT: If you kick-down, it does redline before changing up)

yeah ... but i need exact value so i can calculate the HP of the car

by the way u didnt try driving @ 100MPH :confused:

i tried 145 MPH on "sure its not the true speen " but if u remove 10% it will be 131 MPH .... :eek: really fast :cool:
