pics of my fabia vrs

Featured Replies

well ive only owned it a few days but i absolutley love the car, ive wanted one for a long long time but ive never had the funds to buy one.

i saw this for sale on auto trader last tuesday and went to view it wednesday night, put a deposit on the car and thursday it was mine :D im rather poor now after buying the car but it was worth everypenny.

the chap i bought it off is a professional valeter/detailer by trade and has his own business so the car has been looked after to an extremely high standard and is in mint condition.

its completly standard at the moment but i am going to be getting the car remapped at some point in the future when i decide which one is the best to go for, apart from that im just going to enjoy driving it and keep it as clean as possible.

heres a few pics i took today which arnt the best of pics but you get the idea...

Another Sheffield owner. :D:D:D Where abouts are you??

Looks like you've got yourself a nice example there.... Anything planned as yet?

Just a bit of advice....... You might want to edit your pics so as to remove all / part of the reg. :D

Cheers

Dave.

Nice - VERY shiny! :)

Looks nice and tidy, and the best colour too.

If you have a paint package just colour over the reg with the brush tool then save the picture again etc....

Stocksbridge isn't too far....... I'm over in Chapeltown along with a couple of others on here..... The Northside Posse.:rofl::rofl:

Enjoy the car..... I know you will.... We like others on here are now a 2 vRS family so they must be good. :D

Cheers

Hey! A red VRS with a '53' reg. Snap!! :D

Luko2

Nice colour, nice motor.

red looks so awesome, if i hadn't have been so impatient i would have loved one in red or yellow.

Looks good, only other thing Id suggest is some Autosol to brighten up your pipe.

yes it is a bit black on the bottom, ive got a tube knocking about somehwere so ill have a butchers when i next give the car i wash

I heard someone also used half a lemon to clean theirs too, brough it up like new.

I've used the lemon technique...... And the peanut butter on the plastic trim trick too.

Cheers

Dave.

Never tried the peanut butter, does it last well? Im currently using the Megs Endurance tyre stuff on my black bits (thick gel) then buffed off.

Yeah it last better than any product i've used myself...... Just apply a small amount with a toothbrush then wipe off and rinse with a damp cloth.

Prepare yourself for the strange looks from the neighbours. :D

The half a lemon thing is just as simple.... cut the lemon in half and apply to the exhaust end then rinse and wipe and most of the crud should have gone.

To be fair Ive not tried the lemon as the little bit of soot washes off without the need to use citrus fruits, unlike a derv!

I only have crunchy but will try some smooth soon ;)

Nice vRS , you can tell its been looked after as well , it looks as good as new in the pics!

Nice looking car mate.

Davy

Very pretty, but the black ones look best IMVHO.....unless you can afford a blue one :)

thanks for everyones posts!

im enjoying the car that much ive bought a pair of snap on seat covers to keep those front seats clean.

i love the interior but with the bolsters been white they will look v.dirty v.quickly and i dont want that.

im getting the cambelt done either this weekend or the weekend after then its time to start looking into remaps :D

Its looks absolutley spotless. Very nice clean and tidy car :)

Great job...... There are two waiting on our drive for you if you get bored again. :D:D:D

It'll be hard to miss you if i see you while i'm out and about..... Shiny car and the "VROOM" number plate so if a silver or black Furby vRS flashes you it's me. :D

Cheers

Dave.
