Ordered the Furby vRS in December 2003. Then found out there where lots of options to be had so order a few on top and the order was amended. One of the options was Heated Windscreen washer jets, got charge

Can he not just fit them for you instead of refunding?

Don't think they are available now according to the dealer... Funny that cause they where available 3 months ago.

Sounds suspicious to me... If the parts cannot be obtained than how would the dealer replace a factory-fitted set that had become faulty? If you still want them I'd give Skoda UK a ring and see if they can help. I found them quite helpful...
