Hello everybody, I'm here from Southern Romania.

I own a black '06 Octavia 2 1.6 FSI, 50k km so far with little to no problems. I went the Skoda way after I saw one that a friend had, and I loved it.

When I happened to be staying in Prague I took a trip to Mlada Boleslav and was instantly convinced that I want one.

2.x years later I only had a clogged wiper nozzle from having antifreeze put in the wiper reservoir (damn people can't read labels these days) and a brake wear indicator which I suspect is a torn sensor wire after a prolonged session of using snow chains.

So far I love my Octi to pieces.

Close enough, but nowhere near as pretty. I'm ~200 miles from it. It's a nice place, and I go there from time to time. I've been there 3 times (iirc) this year, with one occasion being the Scorpions concert this autumn.

The mountains surrounding it are beautiful as well, I wonder if you've had a chance to see them.
