Any programs out there to help me edit my photos?

I need to remove red eye from some photos.

I don't mind paying for a good program (Within reason )

Any suggestions?

Photoshop's got a quick and easy tool (and the 'Lite' version does too.. Elements or something?)

Alternatively drink less and go to bed early

If you have Vista i think it has a built in red eye reduction tool on the photo viewer.

So does XP
