what shall i do?

did you send them a copy of said liscence when you took the policy out?

How long have you held your licence for and how long did you say you had it for?

Who are you insured with?

Also need the wording of the reservation of rights letter they sent you.

churchill

they should pay the 3rd party out, then persue you for the cash

which way were the dates out???

Not giving the right date of when you passed your test is a pretty silly mistake to be honest. When it comes to insurance you need to insure they have all the right details, as things like this could come back and bite you in the a55.... I still remember the date of mine: 23/07/1996 :o

If you're fairly young and told Churchill you'd held a license for 3 years when it was only 2, then that's a bad mistake to make. If you'd said 8 years when it was actually 7, then I imagine this would be less frowned upon and could be seen as an honest mistake.

Can you quantify the ****-up to make it easier to see what Churchill might do?
