Skoda VRS Fabia

Featured Replies

Hello to you all, I am getting some upgrades done on my VRS next week and am thinking of getting a new set of 17 inch alloy's. By doing so would I be able to fit a upgraded tyre size for example 215/45/17 or 225/45/17 instead of 205/40/17.

I am getting a intercooler, dump valves and k & N air filter fitted. So should be very fast.

don't bother with the dumpvalve, they do nothing on a tdi,and those bits will add nothing without a re map, which could then fry the oem clutch, the chassis won't cope, and the brakes will be inadequate, sort out the chassis mods, brakes and clutch first, then add power:thumbup:

for a guide to what handling mos look at my sig:D

the above wont do anything on their own. You will need a remap too, plus the fmic is pretty pointless if staying with standard turbocharger.

The fabia is so much more responsive with an uprated booshank!

Wouldnt bother with the dump valve too, does nothing on a diesel appart from a tarty noise ;)

Welcome :)
