Okay last couple from yesterday.

The names are all Maori words.

Weta get their name from Wetapunga – the Maori god of ugly things.

It would be nearly worth while coming to New Zealand for the wildlife alone ....must admit I like kea's they have their own personality....even if they do destroy everything :rofl:
