There is talk of staying in a nearby Travel Lodge type place which a few have booked into and meeting in a pub nearby

How many are in thr Travellodge, and are their bargain twin rooms going? I need to get something sorted asap on this.

Get onto Travelodge website sharpish (Travelodge - Great value accommodation across the UK and Ireland). I just checked and found at least 2 rooms at £29 per night for the 28th. The later you leave it, the more they cost. Full rate there is £56 per night.

Edit: Forgot to say, search saver rooms.

Booked the room now after 2 hours of getting annoyed at that verified by visa/securecode system.

What a fecking joke, plus using JavaScript, Flash and VB Script and still not working inside of firefox is a p*ss take.

I'm going to be contacting MC/Visa then the FSA over it as I find things like that using cross site scripting, various client side scripts and forcing weak passwords is a joke

Have a look at the list and see who has still not paid, then perhaps pm those who have not and ask if they can contact you first if they are going to cancel with Car Limits, the handling people.

Looking at the Car Limits list there is still seven to pay.

Need confirmation as to where and at what time we are meeting to add to first post.

I'm still to pay but will be doing so at the start of the month.
