i had already driven from Chester, and i just wasn't in the mood to sit in traffic for god knows how long , its a bit of a run even from Junc 11 M62 to it splits off onto the M60 , it was also already 19.40 , all the food would of been ate by the time i'd got there :(

The food didn’t come till around 9 I think, but I take your point about the traffic. I tried to get on to the M60 at J10 and had to turn back, drive back into Manchester and come out on the M602…………………which had about a mile of stationary traffic on it!!! Manchester just isn’t funny between 4 and 8 o’clock these days. I won’t be at the next one so somebody will have to poke fun at Mr Grumpy other than me (obviously Shelagh will if she goes, but it is her marital right to do so)
