I know there's a button to lock the doors - but is there anyway of making this auto above a certain speed? The manual says it is on as auto but it doesn't seem to be....?

It's called Anti Hijack.

You can get your dealer to switch it on or if you have the relavent kit you could do it yourself with vag com

Had my dealer turn anti hijack on for me a few days ago while in for some warranty work.

Much better! and didnt cost a thing.
