Fabia VRS Tuning route . . .

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

hoping to be buying a Fabia VRS over the next few months. Had originally planned to keep it standard apart from a Revo but after reading this forum it's got me wanting more!! lol.

Anyway - what other mods do people find are benificial? I don't want to go to far and end up with a car that is un-reliable and poor on fuel. Ideally i'd like to have something that has more poke but can still return 50mpg on a run as I do 75 miles a day too and from work.

Harsh words!

There was a topic on here recently with the same question.

bit harsh

I used to frequent a CRX forum that people used to reply like that but with the site being a few years old, pretty much every question had been asked and answered.

So you could, if you wish answer every post with the standard

**** off nOOb and use the search function

**** off and search n00b

lol.... easy ;)

Hmmm.... not quite the welcome he was hoping for I am sure :thumbdwn: Manners are a wonderful thing, and lacking somewhat on forums, don't you think?

Tokoyo Phil - there is a huge amount of info on here - just have a browse around, and look at threads about Eibach springs, 312 mm brakes and remaps.

Best wishes,

Jon

Absolutely no need for that.

the first mod you should do is get a peloquin atb diff,THE BEST MOD MONEY CAN BUY,nothing else will change the car for the better as much as this, and jabba are the cheapest to supply and fit:thumbup:

Gary, can you Pm the cost of the ATB diff pls mate... I am down there shortly having a service :);)

Cheers . . . :thumbdwn:

Phil, don't worry mate :) it was a childish and rude response and is certainly not representative of the community here.

Yeah I guessed as much, in hindsight I should have done a search first but as i'm new I felt i'd get a few posts under my belt . . .

Nevermind.

Phil there is a wealth of info on this site. There are alot of people on here with a huge amount of knowledge. (not me!!:o)

This site has saved me alot of money with quick fixes for things (though has also cost me a lot too!!)

Welcolm to Briskoda

My what lovely people we have on this site - and there was me thinking all Skoda drivers must be sensible middle aged types too. What happened to respect?

So society really is a mess after all. :thumbdwn:

..

This l00zr txt spk little boy is obviously vigorous in his efforts to emulate his namesake; probably has the same drink problem, small p3n1s (just so he understands), and ego disproportionate to any discernible talent to match!

Oh and 'btw' Olly - before you plan any Olly-esque threats - 14 yrs in the Royal Marines pal - we're a bit tougher than 'actors' - pr15k!:finger:

Don't be put of in your search for good advice and common decency here at Briskoda friend - we're not all like him.

Lebowski.

Superbly put sir!!! :thumbup::rofl:
