When I was changing my front wheel my fabia fell off the jack and its dented the cill just behind the front wheel, does anyone know if its possible to get in behind it to push it out? if I can I'd just touch it up as it would hardly be visible and I don't want to spend a lot of money!!!

Don't think you'll get behind it very easily. It's probably a box section.

Get a professional dent puller, to pull it out. You need special tools to do it. Can't cost to much.

Don't just cover it up.

im always paranoid about using a jack for this reason! i bought a trolley jack for when i was venting my wheel arch liner for the SMIC last week but i still used that and a scissor jack. hate the damn things. hope you get it sorted soon mate. like Mathiasen said though a professional dent puller would probably sort it - hopefully without too much fuss or expense
