what price 4*4 ?

Featured Replies

I bought one of the first 4*4 that came into the country (2001) . It has done 97K , has been meticulously maintained by Skoda , bodywork is all original and is shod with nearly new Michelins . The shocks and various bushes were replaced at 4.5 years and the engine , which is a peach has never been modified and still uses no oil . Car has been used a lot on long journeys . Only parts that have been replaced have been a brake switch and a wheel bearing . ( apart from the coils ! )

I have been seduced by a fantastic deal on a Scout , so how much for the best car I have ever owned ?

As mentioned in another post i am off to see a 2001 model with 65k on it which is on sale from a trader for £3k. The most recent one to sell on ebay was (i think) an 02 with approx 85k and FSH etc and that acheived 2,600 (from a trader as well i think).

Not sure where this leaves the price of yours; maybe early £2kish for a fairly quick sale??

 What price did they quote on the Scout as I fancy one. :D

If you check nationally on Autotrader there are some very odd prices around - especially near here
