Service Cost

Featured Replies

We had the servicing option, but haven't received the vouchers (or not that i've seen!). It'll be going back to the same dealer, so shouldn't be an issue (in 6 months time)?

Just make sure you tell them it's on the free servicing when you book the car in.

If you took out the 1/2 years extended warranty did they stamp your service book with the extended warranty information? mine is blank. When I go up for the Airbag recall i will get them to fill it out and stamp it.

Has anyone else taken the free 3 years servicing option with the finance package? If so when/have you received your servicing vouchers?

I didn't get any vouchers but I did sign a form along with all the other finance papers that stated it was for a the Q2 13 free servicing promotion. It must be logged against the car on the system as you can go to any Skoda dealer for the servicing, not just were you bought the car from.

yep, my GLII went for service they look it up on the system and say its free, but it is 30000 miles or 3 years which ever comes first

Hope it's not 30k on my Fabia - in which case it's only had one service and now just gone over 30k!

@ Elegance75 - Apart from the promotion code that is the same as the form I signed, but I didn't get a copy of it.

Same here. I did not get to keep a copy

Whilst at the dealer to get the recall sorted I checked they had set up the 3 free services. So all sorted.

I am just about to pay off the finance on our car after 3 months of payments. I worked out that we have paid around £282 extra for the interest. That includes Acceptance fee £125 and Option to Buy £60. That makes the interest around £97. So our 3 Free services will have cost me around £94 each. Close to the cost of the first service?

We got 3 year free service included in the price of the car through Skoda Finance.

Us too.
