Have you experienced the throttle flap problem which includes an engine warning light ... quoted $800.00 AUD to replace this! Car still sort of drives okay but, would like to rectify ... but not at this price ... still under an Inchcape used car warranty ... would this sort of thing be covered or do I have to bit the bullet?

If you have a warranty this is exactly the sort of thing it should cover! Been through your T's&C's of the warranty to see what it covers?

Most warranties would cover anything engine and gearbox related. Best of luck!
