We were going to go to Leonardslee over near Horsham today, but the weather was foul when we got up ☂️ And once it stopped raining it was damp, cold and breezy.  So we went to Manor Gardens in Bexhill as we'd never been before (well I had, but it was for a Speed Awareness Course ) and it was a lot closer.  Anyway, these gardens are a lovely tranquil little oasis,  probably less than two acres, but it was smashing, and I think give it a couple of weeks and the roses and rhododendrons will be out in full bloom 😎:                       Gaz    

@MickA  If a TSI you can use VW504 00 / 507 00 for Fixed servicing or Variable, so likely 5w 30 FS III or 0w 30 FS III. Or for Fixed VW502 00,   5w 40 FS or if you find any 0w 40 FS.   If i TDI it is VW 504 00 / 507 for Fixed or Variable.   VW507 00  being what is required.

Loop a cable tie round the wires. Slide it forwards until it is over the bulb holder. Carefully tighten the cable tie. You now have a handy tail from the cable tie that you can pull on to extract the bulb holder.

Our 2010 CR170 clutch became terrible in 2013 at about 30k. Random juddering under any circumstances. Bloody ridiculous as I’d only covered 5k since I’d bought it. Skoda weren’t interested as it was a “sacrificial item” and “wear and tear” was not covered under the warranty (it had a five year warranty) so I decided to get the clutch and DMF replaced as it was driving me insane. Fixed it completely. You wouldn’t be surprised to need a replacement clutch on a 1973 30k miler Austin Allegro however, a clutch failing at 30 odd ‘000 miles on a 3 year old car in 2013 is, my view, outrageous and it absolutely should be covered.
