  1. Ask your Dealer if they have any KCD509001. This is apparently Skoda part number for them and see if they have the writing on them. These are the hekos which writing is more noticeable some angles and invisible others.
  2. Another user of the Heko deflectors here. Drive with window slightly open brilliant stops the rain coming in. Also parking up in hot weather can drop all windows 1cm and not noticeable from outside. But do find with windows closed a slight increase in wind noise, not unbearable but definately there. Also SuperbiRL142 where did you get rear bumper protector for FL model?
  3. Found this one on ebay listed for FL estate. May get one next month and will advise back on it http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rear-bumper-protector-trim-SKODA-SUPERB-COMBI-2013-protection-pare-choc-arriere-/121409479596?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&fits=Model%3ASuperb&hash=item1c4491a3ac
  4. Another History of Skoda page here with a downloadable PDF at bottom with even more info https://media.skoda-auto.com/en/Pages/History-new-timeline.aspx
  5. Aha didnt realise there was a space in spare wheel holder till i read this cheers.
  6. Best MPG from my superb on Brim to brim via Fuelly is 46.3 MPG, although average over the 7000 miles i have had the car is 39.2 which i am happy with compared to previous vehicle.
  7. Meguiars leather cleaner and conditioner worked for me removing biro on a previous car with grey leather upholstery. Used cotton buds and just kept gently rubbing over the scribble.
  8. Well finally done a tow of some distance with our Superb. Have to report more than happy with the results. The combination is a large one Superb Cr170 4x4 Dsg Estate and Adria Astella 8 metres long 2.5 wide. The car has wiring all enabled by dealer for trailer stability and the van has an alko Trailer control system as well. Sitting at average 52 mph over 300 miles it returned low to mid 30s mpg. A damm site better than my previous Vauxhall antaras 19mpg. So if anyone had any doubts on towing capability i can highly recommend the Superb
  9. Just got a new phone, Samsung Galaxy K Zoom and connected straight away, providing internet, text, music and of course phone calls.
  10. I was advised by dealer not to bother as they could do it cheaper and fully integrate it which they have. Also if you look at asterix next to pre fit, it says this is a single electrics unsuitable for split charging. So if you want fridge and battery charger it is no good. So i got the westfalia detachable and 13 pin electrics fitted by dealer before collection.
  11. I went for a set of Audi 16" alloys from fleabay and new Nokian WR A3 205/55x16 on my elegance estate, safely stored on wheel tree at moment awaiting November again
  12. I use a Thule roofbox and a set of the Aldi £25 bars, not low profile i know. But as i remove bars and lift roofbox off still attached to bars does me. If i was having crossbars on all the time i would want the whispbars.
  13. Suprised myself how much i use it. Brilliant to watch peoples faces going it will never fit in there
  14. I would recommend the hill hold control with a DSG as seen some saying they get roll back when they come off brake on hills without it. Having seen one metal grey in flesh that is also a stunning colour.
  15. Hi Raptor, I have found it helps stop brake dust. tar etc baking onto alloys.
  16. Lovely day so car got good old Auto Glym session and Poorboys wheel sealant. The results look pretty good to me.
  17. Reheat in a Phantom in a HAS at night now that was a spectacular if slightly naughty sight
  18. Excellent hopefully not too much longer now. Mine took six weeks from build date week, to actually being at the dealers. Still loving it, 4x4 feels so planted when whizzing along country lanes.
  19. I have Milenco http://www.milenco.com/products/noseweight-gauge/ and Jockey wheel with built in gauge http://www.towsure.com/product/Jockey_Wheel_with_Integral_Nose_Weight_Guide?gclid=CL7euaiw8b0CFbLMtAodFEcAjw. As stated always go by the lowest given weight either from car spec or towbar. I have westfalia detachable which says 100kg however limiting factor is car at 80kg, Have mine set at 80kg on the milenco which reads as 75kg on the jockey wheel. Van is an Adria Astella which has max weight of 1800kg, 8 meter length on single axle and 2.5m wide I keep van at 1700kg and a 80kg noseweight also have alko ATC fitted.
  20. I got Blackvue DR400G HDII couple of months back brand new for £100 on Amazon, was suspicious as seemed too cheap but seems like i got a bargain. I use a Waeco power saver and have it hard wired to fuse box cable run up side then tucked into headlining so only small bit of cable noticeable by mirror. Pic quality very good can clearly see number plates.
  21. Parked next to pre FL in supermarket today and my FL model same as Kilkenny slightly higher.
  22. Second half of this video shows bay parking http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v6I0lnWrsuk
