No "glitters" on the expandion cap but i wonder if (i say IF) some of them in the past have been inserted inside could make the pressure cap to don't work 100% properlyand let some coolant fumes to escape? The cap can be reassessemled and cleaned or if i try it i will damage the membrane?

I have the thought to install a washer (chrome) on the door panel to match the new door lock pin. Shall i use epoxy glue or glue for leathers or cyanoacrylate? For sure @nta16 will have some experience from Classic cars.

The switch or the illumination?

So if you rev your Felicia few times and let it work as is steady (no air flow toward to the radiator) for at least 10 minutes the temperature will drop down?

Here is in it's final status. Not good (day light) photo by the was but i was in a hurry. This is as it look at night, i asked from the electrician to give to that switch power from the windows switch so every time i open the light it will illuminate, look good huh?

This photo has a 6 minutes time difference with the previous, i am pleased that after so much revving the temperature does not rise above this point. The coolant flush and the new G12 made nothing but good to my Trusty.
