  1. With 30-40 euros you can buy this, then the car will start (like those car till 80's) with the classic key but of course with no protection.

  4. You have to clean the throttle with spray, it's a easy task.
  5. @Bernardor While driving you have any problems? The car accelerates good or hesitates? In your language is: ¿Tiene algún problema mientras conduce? ¿El coche acelera bien o duda?
  6. Another Free examples: 1) You go to the gas station, say ''fill it up'' and while you are waiting you can say to the employee to clean your front or your rear wind shield or check the tyres air pressure. 2) You go to the gas station, say "put in 20 euros" and after you pay you move the car to the side and you check the tyre air pressure (they have at least 2 devices) or cleaning the wind shields by yourself because the station has already 1-2 buckets with water+soap and the tool with sponge-blade ready for this reason. 3) You go to the gas station, you don't fill gasoline, you just move the car to the side to check the tyre air pressure or cleaning both the wind shields. You just say a ''thank you" or move your hand as ''Hello" to the employee and you go. Also Free: except the mentioned bucket there is a faucet for tap water (for example you can refill your plastic canister) plus a 4-5 ltr plastic canteen to fill it and throw water on the hood (for example it dirty) and in any of the above cases you can use their WC (they have a shared for the customers). @Bernardor have you done any checks? Battery not good charged Dirty air filter Dirty throttle MAP needs spray cleaning Spark plugs dirty While driving you have any problems? The car accelerates good or hesitates?
  7. Was free and will stay free (as the extra sugar-milk-biscuit-cinammon-napkin etc in the Café), every VW group repair shop here has it and sometimes even without an appointment can help you with a scan.
  8. Very easy for a VW group driver to find such a service here in Greece and of course it's Free. The pros can buy it, examples: https://auto-diagnosis.gr/html/vcds.html https://www.car.gr/parts/?ca=7&models=Audi Vag-com&sort=relevance You can buy a portable scanner too https://www.skroutz.gr/c/3067/diagnostika_aytokinitou/m/36846/Konnwei/f/875459/me-kalodio.html?availability_enum=10&order_by=pricevat&order_dir=desc
  9. VCDS, scanning tool. The repair shop will have one like this and will find any possible errors.
  10. In Greece too (it's mine) plus air condition. You could choose for free only one thing: radio-cassette or alarm. Was been sold as ''extra package" together, if i remember correct for 700 euro. I didn't had the money back then.
  11. Viva Chile ! Battery not good charged Dirty air filter Dirty throttle MAP needs spray cleaning Spark plugs fault Do you have VCDS or you are close to a repair shop to check your Felicia for possible errors?
  12. @Bernardor What's exactly your problem with your Felicia?
  13. In Greece we have "invented" a term, is ''pre-internet'' or ''pre-forum" period which means before we login in forum and exchange posts (and learning from others). Many years ago i had installed a an extra hood insulations, those years there was a misconception that this extra layer will reduce the sound of the engine, protect the metal sheet from the engine bay temperature etc. So i installed by myself a layer although i haven't see in internet something, the only information was from magazines and ''from mouth to mouth", looked like this: https://www.speednik.com/wp-content/blogs.dir/1/files/2020/11/protect-your-cars-paint-with-deis-under-hood-insulation-kit-2020-11-16_05-39-37_978574-1440x960.jpg Few months ago i decide that i don't want it any more, i let the car in a mechanic to remove it plus to do some other things, after a day i start hearing a metallic noise from the front of the car, a ''tzzzz" sound which was louder in idle. This made me extremely nervous and when i found time i start searching the reason, first i search by fingers but i couldn't reach something so i use a magnet attached in the end of a wire and started ''fishing" among all the gaps of the hood. First a bolt dropped, for instance i thought that was the only one but as suspicious persons continue searching and then i manage to extract these two: When the mechanic removed the extra layer didn't pay attention to those 2 sneaky runaways which manage to "snuggle" in the bottom of the hood (example) causing that rattle noise. Now things went back to normal, the hood is lighter and the temperature from engine bay escapes easier.
  14. He is Greek (as i am), we have different mentality than others. In Greece we explain in a forum why we are leaving or we just leaving quietly, means we simply disable the notifications, Log out and never post again no matter if someone make a quote or a mention. Nevertheless i didn't demand something.
  15. You have already said in the past that you will never leave this forum. As far as i have seen there was no altercation with a moderator or a serious quarrel with another member so only 3 reasons comes to my mind. 1) You have sold the Felicia so you are not interested to participate because you are in a different brand forum. 2) Family obligations or you are leaving for abroad and you have no time for posting. 3) You think that your expertise exceeds the level of this forum sector and there is no one here in your level to communicate.
  16. It's easy to find it it when we raise the car? Can we aplly this a/c cleaning method to our Felicia? Although some say this isn't the proper method and must use the ''classic'' one.
  17. I don't know, i have Windows 10 and Mozilla. As long as i can, i pay a loan for my house so i don't want to get another one to buy new car. If it broke i would buy from another brand.
  18. I can not see it in PC but i saw it in smartphone. Mine is 95% like yours, if i move it harder i have a tiny slacken feeling but from the rear of the motor https://www.briskoda.net/forums/uploads/monthly_2024_03/PPM.jpg.c5dc931fe446f6ee0f49b6654a042dfe.jpg Since there is a rubber ''base'' (yellow arrow) there, for sure there would be a tiny amount of tolerance (red arrow), i don't think it's significant and can cause any problems in the future but only the time (of use) will tell.
  19. @Bernardor This is the main page for Favorit https://en.skoda-club.net/manuals.php?ddlb_category=11&ddlb_model=8 except English some are in Czech but some in German.
  20. Those are in English. https://en.skoda-club.net/manual_download.php?id=1539 https://en.skoda-club.net/manual_download.php?id=743
  21. Maybe few drops of Cyanoacrylate glue is the solution for the bolt to ''stay tight".
  22. Yes i know it, from the beginning of 80's we call it ''correctional fluid" here. On the other hand i know that thread lock can hurt plastics, so if i put on the thread (and the bolt push it downward) won't affect those 2 rubber washers?
  23. Can find this product. Behind the main bolt is a plastic cap then a small ring (not visible here) , the windshield wiper and the final bolt comes and presses down all of them. No matter of how tight the big bolt is, for sure due to the 2 rubber washers there would be a tolerance to the whole structure so the move left-right of the mechanism wont transmit the vibrations straight to the metal body of the car.
  24. The 1st rubber washer (factory) was damaged, i tried the 2th and the metal washer (factory) but again the bolt refuse to tighten completely. First time i heard about the Americanic UNC from a seller, an example: https://tsamouris.gr/category/2626 I knew that some items for example mailboxes, living room lights have their own difficult to find thin bolts but in a EU car i was expected to find mm metric system. The factory hole (on car body) is a bit wider than the diameter of the thread, maybe this (also with the addition of 2 rubber washers) was done in purpose due to the vibrations of the windscreen blade.
