  1. Except the Stock i have tested Eibach 40mm lowering springs and now i have Apex 30mm lowering springs. I also have Koni red (full refurbished with original parts) shock absorbers https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/519830-koni-street-rebuilt/#comment-5813643 a Skoda strut brace and Eibach anti-roll bar.
  2. I have a TOPRAN for 2000 Km only, the previous was Calorstat and lasted about 14000 Km before it is seen a sneaky leak from the gasket. The fitting also was not as i wanted and i replaced him but certainly i kept the Blue coolant sensor.
  3. I ordered them in Black colour with Blue edging trims with a ''tailored'' shape in the left side so the floor mat could fir behind the 4th pedal. No rubber at all and the carpet was the ''reinforced'' edition. I asked for Skoda logo but unfortunately they had it in the 2 front only and the most serious was that they didn't had Retaining Clip holes ! As you can see the 2 front have not the same dimensions, my car has floor insulation with Carpenter Underlay DB Rating: 43DB bought from England so only Custom mats would fit properly. So it's time to open the holes on them and later in the car's floor carpet.
  4. For all these years i had rubber floor mats, here in GR we call them ''caoutchouc''. Heavy, bad smell in the first days and slippery, i never like them especially because they were ''Universal" and never fit as they should be. I searched in the internet for Custom ones for Felicia but from what i saw i wasn't convinced that they would be OK. Other company had this pattern but neither this was for my test because i have installed a 4th pedal and there would be a gap on the right side. So i decide to make an order in a local company but: I made a pattern with a cardboard exactly as i wanted and make them fit properly, i send the samples with courier after few days they arrived.
  5. No normal-light sport driver can beat Eibach springs 40mm lowering. Apex 30mm lowering are extremely good, you can find also H&R Why the stock of 1.6 can be considered better than these? Kayaba, Spax, Sachs, MAD, Monroe, SKF, Ridex are OK for normal use.
  6. Everything you need to know. https://hotelengineering.ru/index.htm A treasure of informations. + Cars of the Skoda Felicia brand + Maintenance instruction - Routine maintenance Weekly checks + Routine maintenance of the car - petrol models + Routine maintenance of the car - diesel models + Repair of the engine + Cooling systems, heating + Power supply system + Engine electric equipment + Coupling + Transmission + Power shafts + Brake system + Suspension bracket and steering + Body and finishing of salon + Onboard electric equipment
  7. The springs for 1.3 are not enough for you? There are stock and aftermarket, factory specs or 30-40mm lowering that can cover your needs.
  8. Someone has done it in the past. You can contact him https://www.briskoda.net/forums/profile/61747-uma1998/ but i doubt if it's still a member here.
  9. As for historical purposes another ''irrelevant post": September 5 marks 30 years since the start of production of the Skoda Felicia. When introduced in 1994, the Felicia was an improved version of the Favorit, which it succeeded in the Czech brand's range. Although it was based on the Favorit, I brought in 1,187 new parts. 30 years ago, a compact family model had dimensions that we find today in city cars. The Felicia reached a length of 3.85 meters, being 4 centimeters longer than the Favorit. Also, the luggage space was larger by 21 liters. Skoda's goal with the Felicia was to offer a car that was more beautiful in design, safer and with a better quality interior. It was the brand's first model with ABS, while it was equipped with up to 4 airbags, air conditioning, power steering, trip computer and height-adjustable front seats. GR tv commercial 1995 At 0:12 says about airbag and Abs.
  10. The 2000 was last year that Felicia was sold ''New" here in the official dealership there was the GLXi edition (had heated seat among others) with Airbag + ABS together. Maybe in 1999 was sold with airbag or Abs separately.
  11. I have post some of them in the beginning of the topic. https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/527206-fuel-gauge-problem-please-help/?do=findComment&comment=5889387
  12. This is USSR era materials, 70's-80's he had in here in GR too https://live.staticflickr.com/475/32332203865_882acf7d95_b.jpg https://www.newsbeast.gr/image/s990x/webp/file/files/1/2015/07/busd37.jpg https://www.newsbeast.gr/image/s990x/webp/file/files/1/2015/07/busd42.jpg https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTQ1v8o5doz8gfD-C7Lr8g3JZXEyQL2vUXkuA&s https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQLfCNcXkOYdBLuPn0lYokXN_94ho2TZkxodcpATvhpnyF_53iItmuIYOnYeAQ360XM-nw&usqp=CAU https://oasa.b-cdn.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/DSC00342a.jpg https://oasa.b-cdn.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/DSC00347.jpg https://www.news247.gr/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/027_01_04162022-scaled.jpg https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgxJ4zOgJ-C6cbXbVlGyNKgbK4u0Iqrx There materials had nothing to do with this thread, i don't have them and i will never intend to use them in my car, is it so difficult to understand it? As for the accusations all of them are false, directed by other and had nothing to do with this thread. __________________________________ To any Skodian that reads this: since he can not read this please take a screenshot and send it to him and that's the END of it.
  13. Yes that's why here in GR when someone says ''I am Vinyl fan'' means is a collector of Vinyl music discs https://athinapalaiopoleio.gr/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/sheer-window-curtains-vinyl-record-1.jpg-1-750x600.jpg because Vinyl is a type of plastic and a toxic one. So now that we clarify about seat covers, train seats, gear knobs, Jawa frames and pedals let's move on to Steering Wheel spacers and Wheels. You create a whole fuss to me for (1) Heater Core photo and now we have a dozen irrelevant posts.
  14. My posts had to do with different things than the politics that you have mention. I don't care to talk for this period, my point was crystal clear, this is a thread about steering wheel spacer and i didn't say nowhere about any countries. If you have issues with USSR i have too and maybe much more than yours but this is not the place to analyse it. _______________________________________ I checked my notes, i have 70.000 km completed with Sport style steering wheels and never regret this decision. This was my first but unfortunately was discontinued. Richbrook steering wheel 350mm RIC5000.60
  15. Happened to me in the past, the base of the coolant sensor had detritus and this caused an overheat in this area. Check the pins and the cables, i also had problem there too.
  16. Steering wheel adjustable spacers. I don't even think about it, the price is 122-130 euro.
  17. I am married, my wife has been sited in factory fabric-leather-synthetic leather cover seats of Felicia for 24 years. As me, she had no problem at all, so? You want to ask all the back seat visitors to express to you their opinion? I think a new thread for cover seats must be opened. No. Yes. I quote the word Δερματινη which in Greece is the translation of ''synthetic leather'' (the most common) or ''leatherette" (French) plus i wrote to you 3 times what cover seat i have, i posted photo plus price. Read the description in the store: In the future for sure i will buy the same type and colour. ________________________ I have no time reading-posting about USSR era materials of Jawa frames and posting about pedals in a steering wheel thread. I love my steering wheel, it's nice looking and it helps me the most all these years in my driving style. When it ruined i will buy the same, if it's not ''ecological'' or someone does not like the colour i can not and i don't want do anything about it.
  18. Here is something (let's say) similar in 140 euro but still is a ''NO'' cause i don't like a steering wheel to has 2 or 4 spoke, only 3.
  19. Τhis is from the same company as mine https://4eshop.gr/1578410-large_default/luisi-τιμόνι-αυτοκινήτου-sharav-340-δερμάτινο-τριάκτινο-με-διάμετρο-34cm-λάμα-ασημί-μαύροκωδικός-τιμ23451-01-lu.jpg Leather, 300 euro, take a look the shape it's like barrel rim, it's absolutely ''NO'' for me. 194 euro but i don't like the fact that has no ''deep'' thumb rest positions.
  20. Δερματινη wrote @Thefeliciahacker which is the ''synthetic leather'' translated in Greek. Cloth, PVC, Polyester, Polyurethane, Synthetic leather are the material for covers (full-semi) that you can find here. Mine is this, ''reinforced'' edition there is another one ''Light'' which is thinner and cheaper, same with Cloth, reinforced-light-with holes-Alcantara, see the categories here https://www.pancarshop.gr/kalymmata-koukoules/kalymmata-platokathismata/ Mine is this I have faced high temperatures inside the car with these, no problem all these years.
  21. Μany companies have been acquired by others nowadays. Buy a thermostat together with the plastic shell and gasket, for example as this: Pay attention to the coolant sensor, keep your old or check the new one because many Yellow ring sensors have to marks on them and that is suspicious. Avoid at all cost the VIKA.
  22. Here is something ''relevant'' https://www.sterling-automotive.co.uk/products/momo-millennium-steering-wheel-black-leather Here in GR has 325-350 euro. As for this: NO WAY !
  23. I have synthetic leather cover seats, the ''quality'' edition with a cost now at190 euro, have them on for many years and are in very good condition except: The passenger seat bearing has some dark spots due to a mechanic mistake (lay on his tools) and the drivers seat on the left side has a scratch due to my duty belt (and the accessories that i have on it). I have installed real leather in my door panels and i have painted door handles and chrome lock pins.
  24. My seat covers are made of that material, i have them for many years and still look in very good condition, i have posted photos of them. In the past i had real leather, expensine to buy and expensive to repair, so what was the gain?
