As above guys Are these screws towards the wing for the up down adjustment I take it? I will hook up to Vagcom while adjusting, do anyone know the specific path (central electric/Xenon range?) Cheers guys!

I used to do the same on my BMW autoboxes a few years back DSG yes and no, I know certain cars you can launch control where after a short preparation of buttons and sport mode you can floor the throttle and hold the brake and release when you want to launch On the 6 speed DSG diesel I am not sure

Cambelt change on 2ltr tdi 170?
Turkeythighs replied to gianthotdog's topic in Skoda Superb Mk II (2008-2015)
Yes this is what I remember now, 5 years (which mine was due) and 120l or 140k was mentioned -
I have seen diesel or exhaust fumes in many cars Exhaust fumes into cabin Flexi pipe on downpipe or DPF Bad Downpipe/DPF connection onto turbo/manifold Exhaust manifold itself cracked/loose EGR piping/seal leaking Fuel smell into cabin Fuel filter assembly top Injectors underneath engine cover Fuel lines/clips Get a good torch in there and have a really good look Failing that get it up on a ramp, undertrays off and look A smoke test will help with manifold and exhaust issues A leak should be quite obvious if you are smelling it

Cambelt change on 2ltr tdi 170?
Turkeythighs replied to gianthotdog's topic in Skoda Superb Mk II (2008-2015)
This thread is proof that Skoda dealers talk out of their @rses! Camberley service centre was the place that did my cambelt and water pump and they lied to me about the drop link being split and play in it 6 days before this I had an MOT and just to make sure I bought some ZF Lemforder drop links a few days later and had them changed The old ones were perfectly fine I don't like being lied to for them to make more money  -
Cambelt change on 2ltr tdi 170?
Turkeythighs replied to gianthotdog's topic in Skoda Superb Mk II (2008-2015)
Hi, yes the PD engine cambelt interval is shorter due to the stresses on the cambelt as the cam directly works a rocker arm that work the injectors directly I had this PD170 engine 2 times, and 2 PD140's and they were good, I have a CR170 now and that is good but with a different torque curve -

6 months old? would that be a MK3? Obvious question, was it like this before? Either way mine changes up very early and can labour slightly if you push a bit much on the pedal Let me know how you get on -

Hi guys Thinking of adding Eibach Pro springs to the Superb Mk2 in the near future for the approx 30mm drop and keeping good ride quality Already have VCDS and can put it in learning mode after the adjustment (not sure which segments just yet) I have spotted the white allen sockets on the back of the light fitting full beam and dipped beam areas Is this for up and down? I had lowering spring on my Mk2 Octavia and the lights had to be adjusted but that is slightly different but easy enough Any help appreciated guys Thanks again
