I'm doing the same thing. Octavia VRS to Superb. I realise my driving style will need to change to adapt to the Superb's size. I'm getting an L&K 190 4x4 with DCC though so road holding should be ok. It was the motorway miles that are the biggest reason I changed to the Superb. Our supposed flat motorways aren't too much fun after 3 or 4 hours with a sport suspension.

I have an Octavia with heated screen, fine wire system and there has never been a signal issue (other than just the usual crappy network dropout areas). Not sure what the heated screen system is on the Superb but I've got one on order and wouldn't expect any issues.

Just got delivery from SuperSkoda of a pair of front rubber S3 mats. Took 6 days and much cheaper than UK even with shipping.

Those wheels should be standard on L&K. They look great and really suit the car.

I've been flashed as well by oncoming traffic whilst on low beam. I think its the Xenons, as I used to think others BMW etc were really bright when they first came out. A quick eyeful of main beam in reply repays the momentary dazzling and the other driver is made aware of their error. Or they are congratulating you on having a full set of working lights? A very rare occurrence on the roads nowadays.

You must have automatic boot. Mine hasn't and has the tell tale finger marks that look like someone has tried crimping the boot lid edge. Meteor Grey holds up pretty well though.

As a Christmas pressie to myself I've just picked up a 60 inch tv in all its packaging. Went in almost flat with seats down.

Before I chose the vRS as a company car I drove eveything. Evoque, Outlander, A6, E Class, CRV, Subaru XV, Superb L&K, Superb Tour de France. The vRS was the only one that made me smile whilst driving and I wanted to order as soon as I finished the test drive. Try as many options as possible. Only you can decide.

I've ordered an estate in Meteor Grey with black pack as a company car. I had the opportunity to test drive a saloon in that colour before placing my order. I picked my wife up from her work in it and before she even got in she said I had to order one. Go for it.
