  1. BBT are also German, their website show the part number we stock as OEM quality.
  2. I see a set of red coils in my future which I plan to purchase cheap through work rather going OE. On my shelf I have a number of brands described as OEM suppliers but other than Hella, am unsure about the rest. Hella (only have 1) Beru BBT ERA Thoughts?
  3. Not so much as a purchase but more of a guide. This helped me return my lance to its former glory.
  4. Watches with interest as I'm planning the same.
  5. I found the Skoda flaps to stick out too much on my estate.
  6. I'll back up the awesomeness of the clay mit. I find the car much easier to polish/wax after a good 'mitting'.
  7. Took about 6 days for both my orders to arrive.
  8. Anyone meeting up for a grand Briskoda convoy in? I'll be coming from A14 east if anyone wants to meet before.
  9. Sorry, Eurocarparts. You'd need to go into branch with the numbers, they'll have to order them in next day.
  10. Euro's do them, 841780451 or 841780455 depending on the quality you want.
  11. Watching with interest. Is anyone running amps/subs with one? The lack of proper connections and control through a Columbus plus the customisation aspect is driving me towards one.
  12. Thanks for the info guys, guess it'll take a little longer than I thought. I do have a temporary fix for now...
  13. It's been a month since the Eibach springs were fitted (standard shocks) and I can't help but think the rear looks a little high. The kit is correct for the car and it's had plenty of time to settle, so am I expecting too much of lowering spring alone?
  14. I shape a pound shop sponge with a knife, makes for a great budget tyre shine applicator and saves £££.
  15. I'm Cambridge bound most months so I'll drop you a line soon Langers. Thank you to both guys for the update! #BeersOnMe
  16. I've just had the pleasure of having both non-res and resonated on my DSG estate. Non-res had a nice burble on start up and gentle cruising, DSG burps very noticeable, and hooning was a pleasure as you had all the noises. What annoyed me was the drone on overtaking when not in hoon-mode, my daughter called it 'the overtaking trumpet'! This changed the character of the car too much for me so I bought a resonated system and swapped the middle section. Now I still have burps and burbles (though not as loud), and when warmed up under power there's a nice bass undertone to engine. Much like standard but with a little extra oomph. I do think being a DSG affected the noise levels as in auto the box would change to the 'drone point', making the extra noise. A manual would ride through this but still be loud. This is mine with standard and non-res on start up.
  17. A little feedback. The fallout remover was superb on the wheels and calipers, cleaned them up nicely. I'll be testing it on the wife's white Corsa this week The tyre dressing gave a nice glossy shine when applied as directed. Done Sunday morning but a 120 mile trip and a rainy Monday morning washed the dressing right off! Looking at the feedback given on Detailing world, lots of people were unhappy with the longevity so this'll be going back and I'll be returning to Megs Tyre Gel. Not used the alloy cleaner but the feedback has been good on the web.
