Just to make it clear...it was NOT up to the dealer...on contacting Skoda directly, it ultimately became a NEGATIVE response from them ,,,NO !!

NO refund or transfer was "available" for me...lost out with 12mths remaining !!

NO bits n bobs left for sale for the 900 Tracer.....starting adding to the 700 Tracer !

Extra to the free "Yamaha Winter Pack" I have added Taller Givi smoked screen, front & rear extender guards, Denali sound bomb horn, radiator guard, bigger Givi handguards/deflectors ....& when available [Black] adjustable clutch & brake levers, you to do something bike related when the weathers against you ! !

I can only just make my Rapid out in its snow blanket ............ & its BLACK one !!

My Hekos [full set] were problem free for the 2yrs I owned my mk3 Fabia & so good fitted a full set to the replacement car...a Rapid !

I did originally want the 700 {owned a NC 750X then} but because NO centre/main stand was available ,so chose the MT09 Tracer instead. Moving on SW Mototec now do a centre/main stand , but still NOT Yamaha ! After another test ride decided the lower weight & "a more compact size" & NEVER going to use the engine to its full potential.....plus the free"winter pack" promotion decided a NEW 700 Tracer was going to be ordered .....& now delivered !!!! Just need the weather to improve to get the 1st service done A.S.A.P, so to answer your question....it should have been 12mths ago I should have owned a 700 instead of the 900 ! WELL up to what I need from a bike & still prefer than the NC 750X !

They are genuine Yamaha Adventure foot rests...but be aware on the gear lever side you have to grind the head off the "pin" NOT like the other side with "split pin" .... VERY strange Yamaha did it that way!!!!?

I have found the rear carrier I had fitted to my 2012 Beverley 350 ST , easy fit ! Any offers ?

Now own a 700 Tracer & have some items for sale from the 2016 MT09 Tracer...inc a very comfortable Bagster seat !

Having p/x the MT09 Tracer for a 700 Tracer, have for sale Bagster "comfort seat" ,Givi higher screen, Yamaha higher screen, complete Givi rear carrier, Givi E37? Top Box & 2 keys, a few "other" bits & pieces, Haynes [new] workshop manual, Yamaha adventure foot rests ... ALL available from 11/12/17.

YES, I should have mentioned there are 2 filaments on this type [H15] of bulb & this "probably" accounts for the crazy [rrp] price ? Hope you sort it....newer models & the Toledo have L E D type DLR lights & believe you me the price to convert is........real crazy money.. I have enquired !!!

After owning my Rapid[less than a week] it was the same side & bulb on contacting the dealer & complaining about the price of a replacement [£20 ish] ? Return with the car & we will sort it [under warranty for free] apparently the 1st bulb was defective ! The 2nd was fitted & all has been fine since ! MAYBE ? then you have a faulty [new] bulb ? & at the price [rrp] expect it to at least light & last longer than they do !

Any left with heated seats or winter pack or are they all non factory extras ?[standard excellence spec]

SOMETIMES ??? Loyalty to a certain brand is NOT always the best option,but over the years have owned/purchased 8 new Seat cars ..against last 3 new, being Skoda cars....who knows next time "MIGHT" go back to a Seat ? Definitely going to "fully" compare specs & prices/deals !

I should have added [for the Rapid hatch] the guides were NOT a separate item & because they were "bonded" to the side "carpet" ? The factory fitted option inc nets is around £100 ! but the Toledo already has them fitted ? Seems the Toledo "taken all round" is the better buy ...or not ? It does seem better equipped ? Any comments ?

Those "plastic pieces" to turn into side pockets as on the Toledo.....£45 !!! from the dealer....how much from elsewhere ??

Had my Fabia tsi 110 for 2yrs [17500 miles]& AVERAGED 52.1 mpg ..now own a Rapid tsi 110 [6mths-3000 miles] & averaging 53.2 mpg !!!

YES, please do let us know..think that is the one I am considering to buy , supposed to be a "genuine Skoda part" -painted !

Just to finish of the rear end on my Rapid,have been considering a boot lid spoiler [as on sport version] & they seem to be a stick on fitting ! The best price [for black magic] I have found £110, any one else fitted one their own Rapid....& best price !
