I think it leakis from the top as well. where can i find the repair kit or what does it called? N.B: does it automatically leak or I did something which causing the housing to be cracked. I am still buffled.

What course of action should I take to stop the severe consequences?

When I was doing my oil change today, I noticed some oil leaking sign under the car next to oil Sump (I am just guessing it is from gearbox). Why this oil leaking! Can it be damaged itself..i haven't hit under the car as far as I can remember. Since few days when i do reverse gear I hear a clicking noise as well. Can someone expert tell me what could be possible problem. Point to be nored, I didn't see any oil dripping once I wiped this oil off though.

They sell only Plaquette and whole handle but not the switch/shifter. I'll call skoda dealer tomorrow if they can give me any price.

No more 'low beam light bulbs' fault code for ages. so i think it fixes itself. Battery is performing super good. let's see how long it takes to give me problem. last one lasted 1year 4 months. So this thread can be marked as solved. thanks to everyone.

It's quite interesting how did this top part of the dsg gear shifter got broken. it is really sharp. need replacing but couldn't figure out which part do i need to change. Shall i chnage the whole shifter or it is cheap to buy just the shifter and easy to replace. did anybody change their dsg gear knob or gear shifter? could you help me with the original part number and the website please. thank you.

Aircon consumes extremely high fuel. I barely use it, even I don't use auto mode unless raining (to keep the windows and windscreen fogless). Well, I am looking for a Space saver wheel as well as original. whatever I can find handy and nearer. I found some original wheels but they are slightly different. Don't know if they will fit in my car or not.

I would love to have full size wheel as well but is not heavier than Space Saver which will cost extra fuel consumption?

My car didn't come with any space saver wheel and I know now-a-days lot many cars come with it. but to be honest, it is very much important if anyone planning to drive abroad or long way from home. I learnt a very good lesson recently. But luckily, I had european breakdon cover. So, now I am thinking to grab hold of one Space saver. my tyre specifications are 225/45/R17. So what would be my Space saver tyre size? is there anyway I can grab hold of original space savers wheel + kit with the box and all the bits like special bolt for securing the spare wheel in place, securing strap etc with reasonable price.

@langers2kthe fault keeps coming back and they can be deleted after some time . I don't think they are related with temperature. I saw other time temperature was higher and there were no faults after scanning. Another thing is, when I was checking my scan back up, i saw i had these faults June 2022. So, it means, they are not occuring because of me being changing the codes/options or so on. They could be generic fault.

I've changed that option to 'not active'. Mine is not dynamic LED headlight, isn't it? So it shouldn't be on anyways. whatabout citylight, highway light, Eco mode etc. I don't what value were there. but I remembered changing and enabling lots of function.

I might have taken screenshots before changing/toggling the options back in 3months ago (when head light levelling sensor was snapped). I may have a full scan report saved as well when there was no fault at all. I have to check my emails for that. Would these be any helpful! It doesn't flag anything up in the dash. When i scan the car two fault codes appear which I uploaded above..it just happens when headlights kick in at night time. I think temperature starts from high and slowly goes down to 30s and then i can delete the fault codes. Temp doesn't go up again.

I wouldn't know what's the highest and lowest temp..so far i saw the temp as low as 31 and as high as 57.

Hi @langers2k, have you managed to look at those files that i have uploaded. My light bulbs temperature rise quite high and then they come back to normal i guess. Don't know why its happening. Any idea?

I can see module 4b and 19 but exactly what info do you need. I did try to perform back up and saw it was done 100% but it didn't give me any option to open up anything. N.B: if i go history I can see all the changements which were made.
