Over the air update or is it a dealer update?

It's only seems to show the gear number in S mode, no idea why Skoda have done this!

I agree with everything you've said. Skoda just need to pull their finger out and sort the bugs/niggles with the user interface. I'm desperate for Milltek to pull their finger out also and get a decent exhaust on the market!

I'd say the whole infotainment software needs a rewrite by someone who knows what they are doing!! Skoda Connect still doesn't work, although it did for a while. Just tried setting it up again after the app update and it still doesn't work. Still stuck on the screen saying "Finish the activation". It is bloody finished!!!! I configured the primary user settings (again) with the 2 key fobs and it still doesn't work. VIN number is correct etc..... I expect Skoda to give me a year free from the date they actually fix this!!

Every day is a school day!!! I didn't realise the small indent was for locking. I really should read the manual one of these days.

I've got the same thing in my boot but can't work out what it is. It sounds like something is flapping up and down, almost as if the hatch is not closed tightly or the boot liner is not completely flat.

I've just followed this up with Milltek via messenger.... I'm assuming the 'Milltek authorised' distributor is not exactly sure what is/isn't available!

That's what I thought!, although they are a Milltek dealer. I haven't checked the specifications yet.

Anyone in the UK had a recent update alert? My software version seems to be lagging behind what other people are reporting unless it's country specific. I haven't clicked update just yet as I'm going to wait until I get home where there is some 'reception'. Strange how my system doesn't know what hardware it has!!!

Why do you think the vRS is too noisy? Mine is almost silent apart from a bit of tyre/wind noise. If anything it's far too quiet! The main gripes with the vRS are all around the infotainment/controls, they are just not user friendly and so glitchy. The vRS does drive really well but I'm definitely getting another Superb!

I would go for the 190 petrol Sportline, and I've got a MK4 vRS

Need to move the decimal point on place to the left I've had 40MPG out of mine on a quiet country road run but not expecting to get much better, although I've not had the chance to do a long motorway run yet. My car has only just clocked up 1000 miles today so maybe room for improvement.

Just buy an RS3 if you want lower

I would have thought there'd be quite a few of the 190's. Isn't it the same engine as in the Superb Sportlines - and there's loads of them ? I had an Octavia 190 DSG. I thought the engine was excellent in terms of the balance between performance and economy. 60 in 7 secs ,so how much quicker with 4WD?
