Slightly easier Group ride today, 10 mile to start, Canal side ride to Cafe then back to start and then home a slightly longer way.. There..... Cake time.... .... and back again

Brutal Group ride today.. Plenty of climbing Inc a segment on Follow The Dog appropriately named Cardiac Hill 😳

End of week evening ride to clear the head and decide what's for tea... For a BH w/e surprisingly quiet even at main centre

I lied... 6 weeks 😁 Back at 1am this morning so feeling it in the legs on today's Group Ride.. Coffee and Chocolate Brownie lessened the pain 😋

A wander around on Road, Gravel and Forest to work off the burgers, beer and chocolate from yesterday 😁

Quick amble round, not helped by losing the bottom 2 gears - forgot to re-adjust the B screw 🙄.... A few tougher climbs than usual.

A quick razz on the Felt, rear tyre attacked by a dog, luckily just slobber on the sidewalls.... I think the owner got the gist of my reactions to dog and him 😏

Group ride day... A lot longer than it felt. No Flapjack today so had to make do with a Creme Egg Cookie 😋

As I'm not paying for it then yes but it's been a while since Tesco had some. Our Fuel card isn't accepted at Asda .

Heads up.... 10l @ Tesco £18.50

My Ford Connect tells me engine won't start if the Adblue runs out so I would imagine most late models will be the same? As for the predicted 170% increase... I reckon its closer to 3-400%? I usually got mine from Tesco at £10 for 10l, Morrisons, Sainsbury were £12 or so. Early January I think, Tesco had no 10l, only 5l bottles at £7.50 ish and I've not seen any since. Last lot was 2x 10l from carparts4less online - collect from ECP - £26......at the moment they want £20 for 5l - £4 /L, greenchem at £25 for 10l or a bulk 20l for £60. Hopefully I can't get to work sometime soon 😀

Group ride day... I really must put Wahoo back on auto-pause 😁. Total was around 15 miles honest... Still some deep stuff around, axle deep and a side step off... Fuel stop, Coffee and Carrot cake....

The benefit of doing today's job yesterday when booked in for 2 days.... Another sunshine ride... 🚴‍♀️🌞 Really quiet even on the main trails...

Mixing it up won't hurt every now and then for a change.

Yay! Sunshine 🌞. No leggings, 'normal' socks, base and top layer short sleeves, no gloves. 👍 Downside... Undergrowth is growing fast
