My beer arrived today. Been on the way for four days when they promise next day delivery. Box mashed to pieces, one can destroyed so all the contents are soaked and nobody to speak to, just an email address for the aptly named company that is similar to a std, and the supplier. Refund on the cards I reckon.

Today is rescheduled delivery day. No sign of it today either. 😠

Another delivery saga.... Waiting for some home delivery company that sounds a lot like a std and got an email to say it was on its way. It'll be here between midday and 2pm it cheerfully announced. 2pm came and went. The tracker on my phone said it was still in transit. The other home delivery of the day, the supermarket order came in their white van with green lettering something like sdaa and all that was fine. As that was coming, I had to be in all day, or at least during the delivery window time slot which was later than the 12-2pm delivery. Still with me ? Good. I checked my phone again at 3.30pm and the tracker had been updated to say, resident wasn't in or there was nowhere safe to leave it. They'll try again tomorrow. I contacted the company who sent the order and they are investigating. With any luck, I'll end up with two lots of the order and no change for one of them....

Got up early as I've been given one of those vague delivery collection windows - somewhere between 8am and 6pm only to find that they've now sent me a text from the delivery company to say it'll be between 11.50 and 13.50. FFS.

It's still our history, it happened and that's not going to go away, and yes, I have seen David Olusoga's programme about it.

Anyone sussed out a way of closing it from inside the car ? I know it can be opened but to shut it needs to be done from outside. Couldn't see any answers but if I've missed one....

Not as such but swmbo has rellies who are in their 70s and we're shopping for them as well as us but two lots of weekly shop is just too much to manage on my own.

Been trying for weeks to get a home delivery to avoid any air borne contamination when food shopping. All the major retailers are rubbish at providing this service. None have had a delivery slot for weeks.
