Now got my Skoda Superb 4x4 and loving it.

I just wish Gizmo was closer to me as I am thinking of some vcd bits and reading on here looks like he really knows what he’s doing

Our salesman John was excellent and was a straight talking guy with no pressure selling. I guess it helped when he knew I am also in sales but in a slightly different market. John answered all my questions honestly and I would recommend him as a salesman and also Derby Skoda to anyone in the area looking for a great deal.

Just got of the phone from having a great chat with some great advice from David. Bought the policy with the Briskoda discount and got what looks to be great cover at a great price. Thanks David

Lol yes the car was clean there lol not so clean now with all this snow we have at the moment. great service a couple of niggles to sort but I’m sure they will sort it for me. i also took them up on the 3 year service plan which worked out at a very reasonable price per month.

Yes had a very steady lol drive home and must say I’m well impressed with the car.

Not sure to be honest but I can assure you that it is a 190bhp diesel 4x4 dsg sportsline.

I just contacted this company as I work just round the corner and they fit the Skoda Retractable towbar so looking at the cost of one to be fitted.

Thanks for the input guys . I am in sales myself selling caravans so I won’t fall and didn’t fall for any of the tricks you mentioned but they know what I do for a living and I pushed a hard deal with them but I also realised they are there to make money. could I ask who fitted the towbar for you and what was the cost.

Hi yes I can confirm that I bought the car you mention. The car is really nice condition and has been the managers own company car and demo. I rang then on the Saturday and told them I was coming to see it on the following Friday. I got there early on the Friday as I was off work as it was my birthday. As soon as I saw the car sat outside I knew I was going to buy it. I got a great deal from them and the 3 people I dealt with 1 sales guy and 2 sales managers where great. we took it it for an extended test drive and fell in love lol. i got a deal on extending the warranty for an extra 2 Years and also fitting mud flaps and boot liner as well. i have just sorted my personal plate out and we collect next Monday.

Will keep an eye on these meets . I live very local to this but don’t collect my car until the 27th feb

Hi guys bumping an old thread but I will be collecting our sportsline in about 2 weeks time and will need to fix my little boys DVD player to the headrest somehow as anyone tried one of the mounts from amazon

Yes me too . The. Sales guy was great he took me out on a decent test drive with dual carriageway and back lane driving then took my wife our for a much shorter drive which suited her. We did this instead of having to put our little boys car seat in. i must say it felt very good on the road with plenty of power.

I got a good deal in fact a very good deal and couldn’t ask for any more lol. Im in sales myself so pushed quite hard and came away happy with what I got for my px and got included 4 year warranty and boot liner and mud flaps.

Ok I’m just looking online to fine a company I can trust to supply and fit a detachable towbar with dedicated 13 pin electrics on the car iv put a deposit on the car is a 67 plate sportsline hatch 4x4 . I live in Nottinghamshire but willing to travel for a good recommend company.

Hi all been lurking for a while but now iv gone and put a deposit on the car. will be getting it towards the end of the month it’s a superb sportsline hatchback DSG 4x4 in moon white . will get some pics up when I collect it . Just need to get the towbar fitted now.

That’s not a bad price . I looked online at getting a detachable bar with 13 pin dedicated electrics and it was £900

Hi I'm looking at getting a fabia but would like to know which is the best engine to go for. I will be doing around 100 mile a day Mostly motorway . The engine I'm looking at are. 1.2 tdi 1.4 tdi 1.6 tdi 1.9 tdi 2.0 tdi I'm looking at cars between 2007 to 2011. Any advice would be appreciated . CHEERS DAZKIM
