Button is not needed to be changed. Or I think that, because I tried that - by changing only the buttons and it works the same (like third settings). It is just different visualization, nothing else. The function of third settings (button with 3 or massage) depends on 3Q0 controller settings

Exactly, this radar is not suitable for pACC. And yes, it can be changed to 3QF, but I am really not sure, if it is possible to retrieve the previous swaps back, because it is totally different HW. I mean, that you will need after that to add three swaps - for Front Assist version, ACC version and pACC. After that "only" coding and maybe to add the dataset. And of course to remove component protection. With the instruction on the link, you can add the swaps by yourself, with flashing to the 3QF radar corresponding X SW (there is a guide, how to do it).

pACC is for someone "only" FeC/SWaP, but it could also require special dataset to be written in Front Radar. You can set that in adaptations of A5 module. Set value "Lane Keeping Assist On Status" from "active" to "active (settings in menu)". In this way you can set it on/off via menu and it will stay like this. This was working on pre-FL Superb and for Octavia MK3.

Just to add to TJA. It is possible to activate TJA on 99% (I was not able to found not compatible yet) of 3Q0 cameras after proper SW flashing and parametrization.

Everything will work, except for CANCEL/ESC button and Phone/VIEW button. Tested in Fabia 3 FL and my Octavia 3. This convertor got back functions of mentioned two buttons. I already tried to contacted him to buy his solution/final product, because without possibility to use CANCEL/ESC button in cars without virtual cockpit, you are not able to switch between the screens and for those with virtual cockpit, you can't change the design view.

Yes, the number in most cases mans how the new controller is, because it is going like in alphabetical order. In my case, I had in my car index A and now I have index F. So far my experience is that every unit, with the same part number, with only different index, is going to work. Example is the seat unit. Index F is going to work in car, where was index A before, because it is just an "upgrade/replacement". I would say, that it was not only programmed with the correct parametrization file. Like I wrote, this exact same problem got my friend in his Superb - after parametrization it is working correctly.

My friend had the same problem. The unit was not working correctly, bought a new one and want me to get it working for him. All was working, only basic settings for lumbar motors was not working. I didn't know what to do. After that my friend told me, that the problem is in the unit itself. Parametrization of these two motors is different for each project (don't know it exactly), for example Octavia and Superb have the same parametrization. I don't have the file, so can't help you with that unfortunately. About the test of the buttons, not sure. I know, that you can see temperatures of the motors and we almost destroyed the motors for lumbar part. With the wrong parametrization the unit doesn't have the correct end-points and motors are trying to get to the end - still trying to run if you are holding the button. We got temperature around 65 celsius. I think, that there could be people with VCP and maybe have the correct file. I think, that dealer can do it, but not sure about that, because it is not done like classic parametrization (online), it is needed to get the file and upload it to the unit via ODIS. That is my experience.

I had this error too before. This cannot be done by OBDEleven/VCDS and so on. It is needed to write a parametrization file for Superb/Octavia (same file). After this the basic settings can be done correctly.

(this happened after the first try after coding this) The routine works like this excatly: Car unlock -> mirrors unfold -> ignition turn on -> ignition turn off -> lock the car -> mirrors fold Car unlock -> mirros unfold -> lock the car -> mirrors stay unfolded. It looks like, that for me it works exactly opposite way. Primary stay unfolded. I just don't get it Is it possible, that with the changes for newer door units it is not going to work for me? Basically I have FL for the doors (BCM is also from FL). On the unit was done parametrization for year 2019 of my equipment. Does anyone have any other suggestions about this?

I have Octavia MY2016, but with door modules from MY2019 and BCM too -> which should act like Octavia FL.
