just to through a spanner in the works, the 2.0 TSI used in some of the newer Audis is slightly different! they have Variable Valve Timing, (kinda like Vtec) giving them more Torque than ours!
-
was kinda thinking I might try to slip in on the GTI-NI stand, lol!

Mafuta, Ben has been known to come to these shores, if you are interested perhaps we could share his ticket cost across as I need a Stage 2 map very soon! -

Yep will let ya know in this thread when done, cant see why it wont fit TBH, all the VW TSI guys have no problems fitting TFSI downpipes to theirs.
-
Ill let you know very soon, I have a Milltek DP from a Mk5 GTI that Im going to be fitting to my TSI in January!
-
Carbonio
-
used to have one of these! lighting is a perfect match as I recall if that helps! and plugs straight in, no messing with wires!
-
nah lad, Shark Performance STS system, just load the map on and off myself as and when suits. those 6 pots fit yeah, but they are a little too big for my liking, they require bigger alloys, weight more, need bigger discs etc!
-
I just lift the hatch slowly at first, until the worst drains off, then lift as normal, works fine for me

Hey up, good to see another N.I. member, Im just recently runnign the Porsche setup ( from last week) and just had the dyno run done there at a recent RR day I organised, Im running a Shark Performance map.
-
hmmm, could still be tight actually, not sure if anyone on here has fitted the Nqsbbk to pre FL VRS with 17s, I know they will fit ok with pre FL VRS 18s
-
hope you dont have a FL VRS, the NQSBBK does not fit below the standard FL Neptunes!
-
not available to N.Ireland, bugger!
-
any chance of a link to the new shape ones?
-
cant imagine it being a difficult retrofit TBH, I would imagine they would just need to be plugged in, the loom is prob already there, and then be enabled via VCDS
-
promising, keep us posted!
-
Lee I think you should fit the full set all round! looks more balanced imo
-
Fubar your will prob be more noticable as your car is mapped, and you prob have an aftermarket filter by now Im guessing, so you will be running more air through it than stock, making it more noticable.

whats so strange about 212hp everyone, its pretty widely known that (healthy) VAG cars often make more than the stated power figures?
