Was after a sunset Lee and it was peeing down at one point. Ended up brightening up the shots with a lot of processing. I’ll give it another go with the church another time during a decent golden hour.

Thanks LE, thought I’d overcooked it. Bit tbh. Wanted a sunset and it was peeing down only took three snaps and gave up. Went looking for some fish and chips instead lol. Here’s the other shot I took.. again lots of processing.

A few from the museum of flight. Current events certainly make you look at the exhibits in a different light.

Took another shot for the local photography competition. Thats my two submissions for the doors theme done. Now just have to wait for the anal retentives to criticise them 😆

In Eyemouth with the camera this afternoon. Looking at the broader picture with a wide zoom lens rather than using my “go to” long lens’.

It’s not always about the best camera. More so about some fundamental technical knowledge and some basic composition rules imo. I prefer the challenge of getting a good shot out of my iPhone than picking up my R5 and taking mediocre shots with ease. The last couple posted here were iPhone shots. I was going to submit the sunset shot into a local competition with a theme of sky and clouds and see how it does.

Managed to catch some rugby this afternoon and a few snaps between downpours. Got lucky with a try which Ben Ridout scored in front of me! A bit muddy to say the least.

Thanks Mac. I did mess about initially in B&W but it didn’t work for me, the drainage channel gets a bit lost as it ends up the same contrast as the grass. Had another quick go for you, going Sepia..

Briskoda Forum - Yeti owners
Apologies John, an attempt at humour not helped by poor placement of the emoji. Sadly the perpetrators generate the same impressions to other members and see it as their right or honour to do so. Whilst there is the reporting process, the perpetrators do enough to goad, intimidate, irritate and annoy without quite over stepping the line, so there is nothing tangible to report. I do appreciate the thankless task you, Colin and the other mods face and not wishing to add to your angst, I like many others have done the typically British thing and chose to move on a while ago, posting very occasionally in the innocuous photography thread, leaving them to continue to infest the forum with their toxicity.

Briskoda Forum - Yeti owners
It might be helpful for those being ignored to be aware if this is happening to them. A bit like the Likes but in reverse.. might help prompt a bit of reflection and a changing of ways. If not possible I would be happy to put my ignored users in my signature, 2 currently, the other one was banned🤣

Spacesaver for Yeti 4x4 17inch wheel
It raises it to Just below the boot sill height. There’s an image on the link I posted, which may help.

Spacesaver for Yeti 4x4 17inch wheel
I bought mine from Caffyns.. here’s a link for the 4wd version. https://seat-skoda.caffynsparts.co.uk/parts/skoda-parts/skoda-yeti-4wd-spare-wheel-kit-including-false-floor/

Spacesaver for Yeti 4x4 17inch wheel
Going back to the OP’s original query, the tyre size stated by Kenny R is the approved Skoda optional factory fitment. You would need a complete kit including new storage boxes and boot floor, to install properly, if you are currently using a canister system. The whole kit is available for around £260. There are two versions, 4wd and 2wd versions. The tyre size is the same, the difference is the boxes to accommodate the differences in the boot floors.

AC vents different temperture
Before you start pulling the dash apart I would get someone to plug in some diagnostics and check the temperature sensors in each of the vents. When they fail, they read very high or very low compared to the other functioning sensors. The ones that have failed on me, yeti and Octavia, have caused cold air to blow out of the respective vent, regardless of heater temp setting unless you put the control on maximum then the vent blows hot. They regulate the flaps so a lot of people get the symptoms muddled with failing flaps, just saying.
