My assisted power stering is not working properly
Good morning! Since the day i got this car i notice the steering sometimes is smooth sometimes not that smooth, and i saw the dashboard lights dimming. months later i notice when the dashboard lights were having a dimming party (they went up and down in brightness) the steering was very smooth and when they stop (the lights) the steering then harden a little. With the broke tensioner thing i was able it was the power steering pump that was causing that, because once i disconnected it for saving electricity i notice the issue with the dashboard lights was gone. A local mechanic told me there is no necessity to change the electronic pump, but there is something electrical that need to be check, he says maybe a contact or conector in bad shape, what i dont think so because it only does it exactly en 2-4 minutes after first start the engine. It is like the pump is drawing excessive amount of current at the beginning then it stop.

The car broke the belt tensioner screw twice, what is going on?
Good morning guys, i have a question is there a section for buy or selling parts in this page? i want to get the AC air vents of my Fabia, they are destroyed (i purchased it as it) and that will be the biggest upgrade to its interior since it look TERRIBLY ugly with those big hole facing to the occupants... But they are extremely difficult to find in my country and once they appear, they cost a fortune. i use a forwarding mail service so i receive my merchandise in Florida United States because shipping to my country is expensive and unreliable. Or, has anyone has a spare kit that could give me a good price lol?

Lift kit for Fabia mk1
Hello guys, i was on ebay when i saw a lift kit for my Fabia. https://www.ebay.com/itm/373841156504?_trkparms=ispr%3D1&hash=item570aab5998:g:5FIAAOSwUwxhyWjU&amdata=enc%3AAQAGAAACoPYe5NmHp%2B2JMhMi7yxGiTJkPrKr5t53CooMSQt2orsSafTQYbq3L7RBVAMi0K9cw1Pe68BCNr40rpFqLFp907DqsQ9thRJeGs5DGjXIh3GmXUhEla7PjYNbthon69pyf%2BvZcsraLUJRFDk90crlC390v%2BH3S7F%2FGFaGvhj3sEKmOBdwvDR%2FOJA%2BQwxBLB0V%2BTt8tAYnzMuBYflRdg%2BqzqqjTcvOrxQRR56yNFHKeHMI8C3g0tgPb0hH4aL6DTi1Vm5Kgvkiuz9rtizeRZEkdx1tqxoS%2Botd7v495jBm6i4%2F2IOl50fHOGSBoCVVXemJAfl8Db4NA28lv6qFfLp9Fot0Qv0cZAAQuOpTrC28ENBC6SdHssu51VQziE1ai72DBdgnns4lhv%2BINKVGOuvgUj2cgvAV%2B4Q%2F1XF8LYleoN1Nyu3GPOa2Ym%2FSno2LjDgFPpBXrb%2FlNiAS7xsUP2jLEMf9vV2u3ReiwVP7QS6%2FHNGP4fTzxSjY4NyRGwxQCgi22h8kIMvwtVt9XdJYlw0a2I3Ni387sVJOeG3YTS%2F7l%2BsFA81PzLOlHBG5RaNY2bNq8MieMsOaR2%2FptUoLvWJrK9RZ%2FfqWbBJZCWV%2B8LbdElm34Kn7PAr5xJuO8PHuqVX0pOo5m2oKS8wuqKEueyQDBKgOEtwrP6kcw%2Brd9lzxyyuyY%2BQiUWZw2YK8nhv0XWaYIGoGV4KtlBC3FLKUJYopfqiPjux9dh%2BImtmjqQS1cuCecWyI3koYHlRtRNkropKYKSTvGvo%2B8x154xgrGI5DpeZ0SqsiFw4%2FBrTomB8mFWj%2FjigLpD%2F2%2Fy%2FLXwcynYbXReWljPo9ev7lvca8yhdI2TrnQCK8NP2fy5lFXdYi0ozqN5H%2BZTsp8o0eeIKV7SnuKg%3D%3D|clp%3A2334524|tkp%3ABFBMmJr-ruNf i do lot of travel out of the road, and sometimes the car hits a lot the ground due the lack of clearance, i know i should have another vehicle for that purpose... but d like to know wht do you think of these lift kits and if have you ever have any experience.... my two main concern about those lift kids are, aerodynamic and the cv axe, the kits comes in 20, 30 and 40mm options. Does not rising the car 40mm (which is very noticeable, visually) affect the aerodynamic and therefore the fuel economy does it? and, having the car 400 taller is not a extra stress for the CV axes? (i guess the would be working constantly in a far from straight position, or in a flexed position)

The car broke the belt tensioner screw twice, what is going on?
It is a nice country for visiting, it is cheap and has beautiful scenarios, i have pending to upload two road trips more i did, one to the farthest south and another to the highest point (8,000 feets above the sea where the temperature at night was -6 celcius ), the traffic is chaotic, and the ladies good looking 🤣.

The car broke the belt tensioner screw twice, what is going on?
You got the point. It was incredible EVERYPLACE i went, they asked me why do i need that pulley.. they insist it does not matter... I am.already used to that kind of behavior here where i live... And the two screw/bolt references was given from the official former skoda distributor here. (Skoda are no longer imported here because they are too much fuel efficient) Finally the car is finished... I can not believe how smooth is check this: I am very happy guys, thanks to all of you.

An update on this; None of those are the right bolt. The right one is about 53 to 50mm.

I have a cuestion what is the rotation of the alternator clock wise or counterclockwise?- The car broke the belt tensioner screw twice, what is going on?
🤣🤣🤣- The car broke the belt tensioner screw twice, what is going on?
id like to get a INA pulley but it is hard to find here, i have Vicka available, is it good?- The car broke the belt tensioner screw twice, what is going on?
i arrive to my home)i have two houses, one where i live due my job and the other, the main house )my child house, there is where i have all my tools and it is in the Capital of the country so i have access to more stores... I drove 150km again on battery )the Teskoda they call it xD and all good, i was able to pull out the Alternator... and there it is, just a plain pulley, it was difficult to remove due the AC hoooses so i will try to get the best quality OAD pulley. any recomendation or anything to take into account?- The car broke the belt tensioner screw twice, what is going on?
alright i will take that into account will take that in account too and pay special care- The car broke the belt tensioner screw twice, what is going on?
that is the weird part, my tensioner barely vibrate, it behave pretty similar like the one with the alternator damper, even that i broke the screw- The car broke the belt tensioner screw twice, what is going on?
No, IT IS the tensioner bolt IN MY CHART, give it a check again,- The car broke the belt tensioner screw twice, what is going on?
ok, thanks, i mised that reply. I am not sure what pulley i have what i found weird is that i never have had any chirp noise and according to this video: my tensioner had no significant vibration- The car broke the belt tensioner screw twice, what is going on?
somebody (local) is telliing me to put a vibration damper pulley to the altenator (to replace the alternator pulley for one with vibration damper) they explain to me that it absorbs the vibration caused when the belt moves backward due vibrations... i just did not understood that explanation...- The car broke the belt tensioner screw twice, what is going on?
i know, i uploaded my diagram becausee it is which show my actual engine, neither of the diagram in your links looks similar to mine, the diagram in the bottom part looks some similar but there is just a pulley, where is the tensioner body and the screw that bolts it? is not show in that diagram i would even say there is a failure in tha diagram, because the diagram shows how the bolt item 24 fix the pulley, and the current item is not fixed by the pulley but by the tensioner body, THEN the pulley is attached to the tensioner- The car broke the belt tensioner screw twice, what is going on?
- Auxiliary belt tensioner repeated breakages.
any update on this?- The car broke the belt tensioner screw twice, what is going on?
I replaced the engine for a similar one, the donor car was a 2002 SDI Fabia, it is a ASY engine- The car broke the belt tensioner screw twice, what is going on?
Hi i am sorry, it looks i missed that advice, can you show me what was the advice? (i am posting from a phone and probably misread or red to quickly someone else´s response) - The car broke the belt tensioner screw twice, what is going on?
