  1. I would hurry if I were you. It looks like meteor grey color won't be available much longer. In Germany you can't order it anymore.
  2. If you are referring to MTL Garage, this is his business. He lives from that.
  3. 55 eur for a single change. And 80 for a package (some changes cost extra also in package).
  4. Great! For how long your kid will be grounded?
  5. Strange. I'll try to go closer when it stops raining and see when/if it will start flashing.
  6. I already have an appointment with him. Should already took place but was a bit delayed because of covid. He already did modify some options on my colleague's car.
  7. My key doesn't flash when I'm 5 to 10 meters away from the car. Could be the battery? Maybe it is defective battery out of the factory. What about the other key? Does it flash also?
  8. A few Small drops of Loctite superglue on the edges?
  9. Interesting. Please update us with your changes. I'm still waiting for the guy to come to change some settings on mine (rear DRL lights, memory function for lane assist and some others).
  10. We are sure. It doesn't work for some also in Slovenia. It looks like it doesn't work for those having HW revisions ending with A, B and C.
  11. I know. As I said I'm pretty sure VW doesn't allow Skoda having all the good stuff as VW cars have.
  12. If wheels are certified for the exact car, there shouldn't be any problems with the warranty.
  13. Warranty to expire? Why? Will fitting new wheels, splitters and skirts void your warranty?
  14. Milltek just replied. They don't have any dates yet for the mk4.
  15. Some manufactures make special type of tires specially for factory fitment. 18" or 19"?
  16. It switches automatically between low and high beam. As oppose to the dynamic light assist which only switches off some parts of the lights.
  17. What do you mean with UK listing? You have listed which tires you get with a new car in teh UK? And as far as I know, new cars always come with summer tires.
  18. Bridgestone Potenza S005 on 19" wheels.
  19. This is true. I know there are some tricks to avoid this laws a bit but I don't know the details. My guess is also that VW doesn't allow Skoda having all the goodies that VW has. I'm not aware that changing cat-back exhaust would cause voiding warranty. I think it falls under the spare parts category same as brakes. We have a local manufacturer here in Slovenia. I think I will go with them. But I'm not decided yet. Remus said they will probably have a cat-back ready in June/July. And I'm waiting for Milltek response.
  20. Disappointed! For this price I would really expect a rainbow color.
  21. This is the issue with almost all new cars since now also petrol cars have OPF filters which is the main reason for lack of sound coming from the exhaust. If you want cracks and pops and bangs, you need to remove the OPF. I think currently this is not yet possible on the new Octavia since it needs computer adaptation to lack of OPF filter. I'm planning to buy a cat-back system in the following months. But I don't expect much. I will be happy even with only a bit deeper sound.
  22. Yeah, you can't find the exact date of build in an easy way (as far as I know). Especially if you bought a used car or a car from stock. Unfortunately. You can get it if you buy access to erWin https://erwin.skoda-auto.cz/erwin/showHome.do This is how I got the exact date.
  23. Would be also good if everyone writes down the month when car was build. This way we can see if things are getting better or not. According to posts on this forum, I would say major issues are present on the early cars till around October.
