Photographs of Past Cars...
I think it has already, Lee. Got the walls bugged, no doubt.

Photographs of Past Cars...
Definitely, at least my Fabia hasn't ate window regulators (yet) - I don't really use my windows so I wouldn't know if they died. Definitely, it was a good car for most of its life. I had debated making an offer on the one from AutoTrader just so I could spook my Granda a wee bit by sitting it on the driveway.

Photographs of Past Cars...
Failed the MOT in 2020... could have been fixable, but the labour would have probably amounted to more than what the car was worth. You could feel the handling deteriorate on it too. The wings were beginning to rot as well, paint was flaking off like dandruff. Passed the year before with the oil leak as always. My Granda regrets not keeping it to break it up since it had just got a new exhaust, front tyres, coil packs, and some other things. He got Β£200 off of his Sandero for it. It was meant to be my first car, so if it hadn't rotted away underneath I probably wouldn't be on this forum right now. It was quicker than the Fab and better on road tax, but had a fair share of issues, albeit not really dangerous... besides the rot. He had just bought the car brand new for my first day in Primary School, and took me home in it on my last day of Primary School too. I went everywhere in that car though. What they say about being attached to a car is true, the whole family loved it - besides my Granny, she hated it.

Ben's yellow mk1 VRS
Not an Octy owner but I think that means that if you press the button then the system goes off?

Hello all
Hello and welcome to Briskoda! Unfortunately I can't help you with the reversing camera but I'm sure someone will be able to.

FUBAR's vRS drought has ended! - Introducing 'Slimer' (NOW SOLD)
Honestly I've been living fine without one at this point. Gives me an excuse for not wanting to sit through the entirety of something.

FUBAR's vRS drought has ended! - Introducing 'Slimer' (NOW SOLD)
All my side windows and the tailgate are original, the windscreen was replaced last November. Mine is the same, my Mum gets 50% off work carried out on family members' cars at the Peugeot dealer she's working in (or something like that), so I'm just waiting for a time when I can afford it or be arsed. My mirrors are a godsend when it's baltic as well. I'd be lost without them.

I've got most of those, besides the heated windscreen, so yeah, still posh.

The car broke the belt tensioner screw twice, what is going on?
Better kitted out than Indiana Jones. I'm very impressed that all this fits nicely in a Fabia, mind you.

rear washer
I use straight at this time of the year. Never frozen yet. Used it straight on the last family car too with only issue once. During the Summer it's usually just water with a wee drop of screenwash in there.

My assisted power stering is not working properly
Broke like uncooked spaghetti, drove like cooked spaghetti.

You clearly haven't had a Grande Punto then, Lee? Those Fiats went through the bloody springs as if they were going out of fashion.

You people baffle meβ¦ π
All fun and games until you realise they've broken it in transit too and that you have to return it.

George, I think that wins the internet for today.

Had to edit that, Nigel. I got my numbers the wrong way around. You'll see the corrected one.

Those will be 14s I'm guessing, 185/60/14 too. Maybe getting 13-inch would be a better shout if you can, that is.

rear washer
That's where mine went the first time. It went the second time right at the pump since it had sheared clean off. The magic of epoxy holds it on now.

Shows how tough they are really, though.

You'd think they'd include delivery fees at that price! Thieving sods.

I've only ever had to jump start my Fabia once since me being a dingbat left the door open and the blower on when I was working on the under-seat box.
