  1. I wasn't quite sure where they were on the Mk2. Thanks! I sorted my leaking one out with a bit of conventional bathroom sealant, hasn't leaked since March.
  2. I was only a little off...
  3. We had issues with Park's Nissan in Ayr back in 2008 when we bought our Nissan Navara as it didn't arrive to spec nor were they willing to sort it without a fight. More recently had problems with the same branch's Dacia division when having our 2014 Dacia Sandero Stepway in for servicing, MOT, and it retaining water in a door. I've had problems with Ingram Skoda too, but that's down to the less than enthusiastic staff in my experience. Had more luck with Arnold Clark personally, but my Mum primarily worked for the Fiat branch years ago (also with Toyota, Peugeot and others in Ayr), so that may have swayed my judgement a little bit.
  4. Like that here too. You aren't in Central Scotland, are you?
  5. There should be two vent type things at the back of the wheel well (hatch opening side) that are surrounded by a rubber seal. They may be leaking as this was the cause of leaks on my Mk1 Fabia, and I don't imagine it's that different.
  6. Welcome back to Superb-dom and to the forums.
  7. Hello and welcome to Briskoda, Neil! Enjoy the forums.
  8. Seen that one before. It's a good video.
  9. Hello and welcome to Briskoda! Like you, I can't leave much alone either.
  10. Can confirm the rivets things, as I seen them when I had the door cards off. Haven't needed to touch the absolute ******s quite yet. Touch the fake wood coffee table.
  11. I see wheesht is there. That's often something I'll shout at those Alexa/Echo things for it not to understand the word.
  12. Hi, there's a thread detailing how well VCDS-Lite works on pre-facelift Mk2 Fabia models. If you have further questions, I recommend starting your own thread.
  13. He's loving life with this harness!
  14. You had me at BBQ, Colin.
  15. Happy belated birthday Briskoda I was wondering that too, but maths never was my strong suit.
  16. They were on eBay at the time. I don't know if the seller has any left. Sometimes the larger 1/43 ones pop up too.
  17. Thanks. It's a 2019 reg anyway, so even then it probably wouldn't apply in that case. That's the ones I was thinking of. Obviously I wasn't sure if all TSI's had them now or what, but I knew about the MPI not having them... kind of.
  18. Wasn't sure how much of a difference there was. I have been enlightened. I don't think our Dacia Duster has one, but I don't drive it, so I cannot confirm.
  19. The one that attaches to the wing is a biggie and I will preach it until I'm blue in the face. It used to cause ABS and PAS lights along with cutting power to lights, stereo, and other things. You can remove the clamp and clean it with sandpaper or a nail-file to allow better connection. I'd send a photo of its location but mine is FUBAR because I'm a ham-fisted oaf.
  20. There was certain models that had the GPF, but not all did, IIRC. Regardless, it's good to give the car some welly to clean it out.
  21. Alternator wire springs to mind, or ABS sensor as you have said. I believe this was covered on an earlier thread.
  22. I think you'd be cutting it neat if they do fit. Seat width is the same across-the-board.
