  1. It's all in the thread. You would have to read something. Retrofitting the lights is no longer a problem. Adjust the dimming value of the indicator.
  2. If you want to convert to the FL lights, you have to code. It doesn't work without it.
  3. To make it work 100%, you have to swap BCM to EC or flash the existing one. Then the wiring from the BCM to the lights must be made, PWM signal. The animation has to be coded in the BCM, it is another light. I have an L&K and therefore a BCM CG, so so far the animation only works when opening, but not when closing. You can see what it looks like in my thread, the video cannot be uploaded here. https://www.skodacommunity.de/threads/vom-superb-ii-zum-superb-iii.107347/post-2141052
  4. BCM with EC is only important for animation at CH/LH. Blinker animation also works with other BCM, for example CG. I have it myself.
  5. I have already replaced my container. But because of something else. There are no more with silica anyway. Simply disconnect the hoses, then separate them and quickly remove the container. I didn't need an injection. Insert a new tank and then adjust the level again.
  6. 8G3 is masked high beam. So DLA. It's easier to see the part number of the headlight if there is a "B" at the end of the number.
  7. So you need D3S and there are quite a few to choose from. Osram, Philips or other no name products.
  8. It depends on which lights you have installed. With halogen you can change more than with xenon. And xenon is actually supposed to be made by the workshop, so it's probably not listed in the BA. Although it's the same principle. But everyone can do what they want. I already have the second burner in there, so I know it and also know how it works.
  9. Osram has the CBI or NBU in its program. And if we talk about the Superb3V, then you need D3S burners. And the bumper doesn't have to come off. You can change them from above, but this is very difficult. Or from the wheelhouse. Then the wheel is off and the wheel arch liner is out. That's going pretty well. But the bumper definitely doesn't have to come off. The 9,- are still calculated very tightly.
  10. Buy some from Osram. Regardless of whether it is a xenon burner or another lamp, it is significantly cheaper than the original.
  11. Then run the Haldex on RS3 coding. Then you don't even have to press the ESC button and it can still get around the rear easily.
  12. It won't stay like this for long anyway. Without a tester or coding tool, the new height will not be saved. The adjustment is always made when the headlight has previously been moved to the basic position using a tester. So the new value (height) is not saved.
  13. It could be possible, just no one needs it. The electric stuff is not the final solution.
  14. I don't think the S4 is that great when it comes to looks. The front is quite good - more like an O4 but the rear doesn't work at all. There is no longer a light strip or decorative strip in the middle, the lights are too round and the body edges are too soft. The Mk3 was visually sleeker. The railing without a gap to the roof is great. There is more space in the middle inside, but it's not nice without a DSG lever or button. The DSG choice has no place in the steering column switch. And the VC behind the steering wheel is integrated strangely, not at all. Square TFT and behind it a round, too small cover. The air vent running the entire length of the dashboard looks more like a spaceship.
  15. The wiring of the lights in the vFL is the same for the Limo and Combi. There are no differences. Otherwise there would have to be two different circuit diagrams. If so, then the difference is in the light.
  16. It also depends on which lights you have. In the vFL there were also two variants at the back.
  17. Looks good. But with my tuning DP it wouldn't fit at all, it's just too deep for that. 😅 It's questionable whether every engine can handle it. Not that the 280 is then too warm?! It's also really chic, I actually have it on the plan too. But I would buy from HG Motorsport, since there is an expert opinion for D. Did you do the pressure pipes at the same time? The OEM are just plastic parts.
  18. That's how it is, the 280 TSI have always had the shorter cover. I have one myself. And nothing has to be removed for an oil change.
  19. I also changed the inlet and intake hose. I still think it's tight, but it's possible if you take your time. Hose is probably even better. I have a carbon tube.
  20. There is a thread for this, it describes everything you have to do if you want to convert to the FL taillights.
  21. Can be adjusted in STG 03. bytes 29 Adjust the last number in the hex value. ??6 ESC on / ESC Sports / ESC off ??7 ESC on / ASR off / ESC off ??9 ESC on / ASR off / ESP Sport Whether VCDS or OBD11 ... is the same for both. Only the surface is a bit different.
  22. Those are the facelift taillights. Even an L&K didn't have or didn't have everything series. Especially with the assistants.
  23. This is the animation, for this you need to recreate a channel in the BCM, pull the cable. And then also have the right BCM, with the vFL BCM that is not possible. Look for the FL and vFL circuit diagrams and all BCM channels are listed there.
  24. You don't have to, you can change it. The dimming of the turn signal has to be changed, the rest is the same. That is correct, but the cable must also be available on the BCM. And you don't have to block this, the lights still work. You just don't have the animation.
