Which way things are going you might not be far out.

A while back someone said the 2022 model comes out start of September,can I ask what difference is there between a 2021 model and a 2022 model if any or any small changes.

I read with interest what people put on here.what I don't understand is where do they get there stories from?ie priority been given to certain models of cars.yet someone on here put the figures out that don't back there claims up.or is just whishful thinking because they have ordered one of these so called priority cars?whhen you read everything and to me all models of cars are having the same problem and that means the vast majority of car makers anywhere in the world.just face up to it you like the rest of us will just have to wait until your cars gets delivered to the dealer.yes there is on or two who got there cars sooner then they thought or was it because someone had cancelled there order and that model was available.i don't know but just a thought.

Nissan in sunderland have done the same the other week.

I would not hold your breath.i ordered mine in may and have had 5 delivery dates last one 3 weeks ago 7 January 22

I had to borrow my sons 2020 superb to drive to spain due to my Octavia not arriving on time.i was a bit worried about the head light left to right and sat nav in kilometres my fears were unfounded .on arrival at bilbao I put destination in Spain and sat nav went straight to kilometres and headlights changed over to righthand side.i even checked to see if headlight had changed over and it had done so.the only problem I had was how powerful the headlight were and a few times I thought I was on full beam.mind you only flashed 3/4 time on a 560mile trip during a night time drive.so everything was spot on.

I managed to sort it out ,I think I done a little run this morning and it worked ok.thank you for your help.

Panic over,after stripping the car down 3 times and starting my 4 search .i noticed a lump under the passenger side floor mat.there it was and put back where is should of been in the first place.it has been in for a service a few weeks back so one at the garage must have put it there.in any case thank you for your help.i had nightmares thinking of shredding a tyre on the Spanish motorway about 2 am.not be able to change to spare wheel.cheers

Am going to use the sons superb on my trip to Spain.i cannot get the sat nav to give me close up of the route and when I put route in it tells me the way but not on the map.any help please

Just borrowed my sons car,I checked to see if everything was ok for my trip.so does a 2020 superb come with a locking wheel nut.i cannot find it anywhere.jusr wondering if garage kept it by accident.am driving to Spain on Monday and if anything can go wrong it will be us.

I must say I have been issued a update every Friday.itvwas going great until around 6 weeks before delivery.then it was like confetti updates putting date back,back,back.back,back.Just hope I will get in January.i think they should of at least kept you updated unless they are frightened in case youncancel order.i thought about that but all car manufacturers are having the same problems.so no poitn in cancelling my order and look for another car.then I will be at the back of thereblist.

My last update was delivery all been well 7 January 2022 that just shy of 8 months.also 5 delivery dates.

What delivery times are they giving you?whst I read and here just about all car manufacturers are in the same boat.that is why am sticking to my order instead of cancelling it .then going to the back of the waiting list trying to buy another make of car.yes they may tell you so many weeks but you will have heard of all the tales about honest car salesmen.cannot believe a word what they tell you comes to mind.good luck

Yip same problems with me have been giving 4delivery dates and Now a 5 date date of beginning of January and that males it 31 weeks.no definite date could be earlier or later.nissan are going into a moth shut down to install new plant because of no chips for there cars either.so everyone are in the same boat.

Never heard of this before all the cars I have had never had any problems with the problem you have got.

Just after I ordered my car I was told off several people the delivery date were going to be way out.in a devious way they did say I may get the car sooner or later then provisionally date.when you read all the other post about deliveries a lot of other people have been told the same as me.so I don't know what you mean how I know,just read all the stories on delivery dates.

A complete farce this delivery was down for 26 September then it was put back to October then 5 November just last week. It was 17 December then yesterday told January 2022. That is 31 weeks if I had known I would of looked for a different car.to far down the line to cancel.why did they take the order when they knew the delivery date giving to me 26 September was never going happen.?

I sent a e mail to enquire about delivery date of my car.which was supposed to be 26 September then to 4 October then 4 November and today been told skoda uk expects my car been with the dealer on the 17 December so up to then it just about makes it 28 weeks from order date and that is not guaranteed date.saying i could get it earlier or later,I know where I would put my money on.may get it 12 weeks after the initial delivery date.just wonder did they know at the time of my order that there was no chance of me getting the car on the date they said.
